Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.

However, Ace Hardwares amazing Florist has closed its doors and my husband decided to try Southern Grace again due to their proximity to our house. While Ace hardware had FREE delivery within so many miles, Southern Grace is much closer to us and there was a $15 delivery fee. I do hope they will consider adjusting delivery fees based on location of delivery. The flowers my husband had sent to me were absolutely beautiful. We have to be very careful due to us having cats and he made sure to mention no lilies. The flowers were beautiful the day they were delivered as well as 4 days later they still look fabulous. I am not sure what he paid for them to determine value, but I do know that the $15 delivery fee was a bit excessive for a 2.5 mile delivery. I do hope they learn from the bad reviews and throw out or donate flowers that are borderline, rather than put them in bouquets people pay top dollar for.

Some items are new, some shops have gently used, some have used and antique items. You might find a diamond in the rough here. I will definitely be back, especially for the oils.

When I looked on Yelp, this was the only local bookstore for miles (the next closest is Books-A-Million). They are located within Beaches Town Center and are just one block from Neptune Beach. They are a small but mighty bookstore with plenty of options for everyone. The staff was amazing and quickly asked if we needed help finding anything. I mainly like to read fantasy and was able to find some books I hadn't heard about before. I really enjoyed reading the staff recommendations which are small pieces of paper nestled between the pages of the book. I thought that was such a cute detail and made the shopping experience more interactive. If you love books, I highly recommend checking out The BookMark!

There was a woman behind the counter who was wearing a mask, so I couldn't tell if she was smiling or just looking at us. As group after group of people walked in after us , the same lady greeted them and asked if they needed help. The difference between us and the other groups was that I am a POC. Thinking it was a fluke, my husband (who is white) walked back in with my kids later and was happily greeted by the same woman. Just wow.

Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but this was probably the best customer service experience I have had in at least the last 10 years. Tiff at Floriade was extremely helpful and accommodating and even on a Saturday while she was working a huge wedding, she made my small little arrangement a priority. She arranged and delivered it on the same day. When her deliveryman couldn't get into the apartment building to deliver the flowers, she contacted me for other options and ended up delivering them herself later in the day after her shop was closed on a Saturday! Please, please, please use Floriade in the Jacksonville area. You won't regret it. read more

If you are looking for unusual, beautiful and very creative floral arrangements, look absolutely no further. THIS is the place! The combinations of their cuts (flowers in the trade) and the arrangements of them are eons away from the cookie cutter designs and materials used in the usual "florist shops." There is a very large florist in Jacksonville, with several locations. Their arrangements are mostly a huge bunch of leather leaf fern stuffed into a vase, and then posies stabbed into the boring leather leaf. As a retired florist, I most definitely and highly recommend this shop. read more

I still cannot get over how beautiful our flowers were on our wedding day! We were having a destination wedding in Ponte Vedra Beach and I had to communicate everything I wanted to Tiffany via phone and email. I was worried that I was not able to describe the vision I had for our big day; however, when I first saw the flowers I was so amazed. They were everything I wanted and then some. I was really happy with the service I received during my over the phone order. My mom recently moved to Florida from the Northeast so I wanted to incorporate into a birthday bouquet some flowers that were part of her garden in her home in Rhode Island. Tiffany was awesome. I was especially grateful when she said she would "put a lot of love" into the design of the arrangement for my moms birthday. With so many of my relatives moving to the area I will be sure to use Floriade again. read more
