Completely wasted my time. Set up appointment online for vent glass on my car. First off online,…read moreyou cannot click the vent glass for the back window.It only shows it as being in the front, which is extremely confusing. When they showed up the first time, they didn't have the correct glass, so they said someone would be in contact with me to set up a new appointment. Well no one called me and I had to call them. Set up another appointment for the following week, only for them to reach out to me to tell me, they didn't have the part yet and that they were trying to get in touch with Volkswagen, and they would get in touch with me either way, once they figured out what they were going to do. It took me calling them several hours later, as I'm wasting my day, waiting for them to find out they weren't coming.. They rescheduled a different date without my confirmation.And when I called to change the time to the morning, they had no availability. My window has been broken for several weeks now.All because they are incompetent and are horrible at communication with zero sense of urgency for a broken glass.

Instead, Scott misdiagnosed the issue and performed an unnecessary repair that ultimately caused additional damage to my car. Within 24 hours of leaving the service, all of the oil had leaked out due to an incorrectly installed part. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
