I've been going here regularly for 3 years. Several months ago I had missing coins out of my cup holder twice so I took a break. Now I keep everything out of reach for the workers.... That said the last two times in they failed to vacuum the rear of my suv. I not only pay for "basic" (full) service they add tax and a 3% service charge at checkout now. I had some time before an appointment and tried the car wash. It was not very good. The wheels were not cleaned well at all. There were VERY obvious spots not touched at all. It was so bad, I actually washed the car myself when I got home later that day. Not good. More distressingly. I observed the staff repeatedly throw mats onto customers paitied roof, then drag them off. DRAG. There is no possible way the paint was not scratched. I made sure that did not happen on my car. In short, the wash did not clean the car and I observed the staff damage cars. Stay away. read more

Poorly cleaned my car. Had to ask them three times per wash on the same day, back to back to clean a specific spot. Honestly would not recommend such a crappy business that does a mediocre job when you're paying for a package that's supposedly top tier. Soap spuds still lingering in the car, broke the encasing to my license plate cover, and there was a loud banging sound that sounds like it's rubbing against the tires and rims. I took my car there for a wash and I got the car back with scratches all over the hood and exterior. I noticed an hour after when all my car did was sit in my driveway. I went back and was approached by a very rude man who would not back down. These scratches came from the car wash and now I have to pay to get them buffed and painted. Now it pains me to write this but the level of deterioration is sad. It used to be such a great car wash. I used to come here every week. Now they are just poor. Second time I have taken a car here and received a less than fair wash. Water left inside my car, in puddles. I pointed out the water and they just wiped the seat a bit and left while I was standing next to them, like I did t even exist. Years ago this would never have happened. The staff and its management now are just bad. Not a place you want to stand or sit in and after all these years a remodel is needed. Some seats for patrons and some cleanliness would help. I am saddened because through my teen years and my twenties and whenever I was in town this was my car wash. Now I give it a shot once in a while when it's convenient but I'd rather drive further out to get a wash. read more

Took my company van to get washed and it ran through the washer but came out it was still dirty I asked the assume the manager could they wipe the bugs off of the front they said no I had to pay extra. This used to be a decent car wash place. I used them on and off for over 20 years. I recently decided to try them again and unfortunately, the quality is totally downhill. To be specific, many areas of the car were not dried properly and the parts that were dried left aweful streaks. Clearly the drying towels needed to be changed. Horrible, and are lucky to be in a good location. There was long line, so this guy goes car to car to ask what you want done. I said inside and outside. I explained, not just vacuum, but clean all. He said, yes, yes. I said like steering wheel, he said, yes, yes. Car came out, was dirty inside-except for the bad vacumm. I complained and they cleaned a little of the door, and when I asked for more they said we only clean this. I went to manager and said I paid for this, and he said same as his co worker. When I told him guy on line said different he said Go talk to him then. They dont use armorall, so wheel coverings gone in a day. What a waste of money!Never again. read more

Worst Place to get a car wash. My sister needed to get her car washed quick so I took her here. The customer behind us came out to me and told me they were so rough with the car that a piece under the left tire came off. What makes me soo furious is that the workers stayed silent. They were about to let us drive off without the piece. Thanks to that nice man who witnessed everything and told me they had the piece inside. Once I confronted one of the workers that's when they decided to go fetch the piece and bring it out to us. Do better by your customers! This is why I only get my car hand washed! The lip of my rim was scratched because the guy sped up and was to much to the left side. A sorry wont repair that. I've been using this car wash for many years and they were decent at one point. Lately they have gone downhill to the point that I felt compelled to write this review. Today will be the last time this establishment will see my money. I paid $20 for someone to throw a wet towel over my car and wipe it down, no joke. Half of the brushes in the wash weren't working and the half that were working look worn to no end. My car came out dirty so the people who dried my car needed to wipe off the remaining dirt with grungy old towels. The wheels looked like they were never touch. They cleaned the glass with the same crappy rags they use to wipe the car with so there are streaks throughout and the glare these streaks create make it impossible to see when the sun hits the glass. So needless to say this place is a dump, stay away and don't waste your money. You're better off getting a Squeegee Guy on some street corner in the city to clean your glass and while he's at it wipe the rest of car down then have this place car touch your car. My car was damaged. After giving them chance after chance of terrible car washes since they're the closest car wash to me. Today I got my car washed and it was damaged. The owner swears by how many years her/her husband have been in business and how many cop cars they wash that this couldn't have happened here. She then goes to show me where they manually brush the cars. THE BRUSHES ARE PLACED ON THE FLOOR AND SHE STILL DENIES THE POSSIBILITY OF IT HAPPENING THERE. I ask her "what would the scratch have to look like for her to believe it's from there?" Since the damage I have apparently couldn't have happened there. Save your money. And of course I tipped them before inspecting my car. Clearly I tipped them to damage my car. She told me to file a police report and go to court and proceeds to tell me she has had a judge that has gotten his car wash there. Are you kidding me? You want me to go to court and possibly have a judge who would be bias since he has used this car wash? Like I said. I was looking in the westchester and rockland areas for a detailing place that would not charge a ridiculous amount of money for my rav 4 2005 because my car is old. I stopped by this place and was told to make an apt with the manager. He immediately came out and assessed my car and gave me a quote, and told me exactly what he would do. I dropped my car at 8:45am the next day and they were done and car dried by 2pm. Car was completely vacuumed, shampooed and dashboard spotless. Not a crumb in sight. They even got rid of broken glass that was in my car from a break in over a year ago that other detailers missed. At check out the manager gave a discount and upholstery spray to keep the car smelling clean. I appreciate the service and I was not dissatisfied. I expected to get what I paid for, but I honestly got way better than what I thought I would. So I recommend this place and would come again. read more

This used to be my favorite place for a car wash, well I don't know if they switched owners or just don't feel like putting any effort into it but it is now the worst car wash I have ever had. I paid for the top package and to my surprise my car was done in less than 5 minutes, when I went to go look inside my back seat was full of dog hair, sand, dirt. So I drove around to ask them if they could vacuum it a bit more or even if I could, they quickly told me no the dog hair won't come out and dismissed me, I drove home and vacuumed my own inside within 10 minutes and the hair was gone. I understand it's a bit more challenging but that's why I paid for the top package. The wash itself too is sub par at best there are streaks all over my car, I gave them a chance to fix the terrible job and they turned me away which is terrible customer service. Also to be noted, no one was even waiting, they had all the time in the world, my car wash was not worth $5 let alone $20 I will never return and I hope you won't either. read more

If it was possible to give 1/2 star or even no stars, I would do so. They didn't undo the hold downs for my floor mats before taking them out. They did a horrid job vacuuming, the guy who was at the cash register basically didn't give a damn. I've wasted my last $16.95 there. They suck. I regularly get my SUV washed here merely because I don't know where else to go. They don't really do a great job but its good enough. Yesterday, I took a leap of faith and left my SUV for 5 hours to get fully detailed. It looked brand new, as it should being that it cost $200. HOWEVER, when I tried to leave my Tahoe would not start! Probably because they had music blasting all day which was ran on battery power. When I couldn't get it started the workers said they didn't know why, and proceeded to walk away from me, leaving me standing there with no explanation or solution (mind you, I am 8 months pregnant.) So I went in the office to complain where I waited about 30 min for the owners son to come. He tried to boost my car unsuccessfully for another 30 min. Luckily this random guy pulled in to get his car buffed and he got my SUV started..another 30 min or so. Apparently the owners son had the plugs in the wrong place. After this whole debacle you would think I'd be offered a free car wash, a discount, a damn air freshener..something! Of course I was given nothing but a pathetic I'm sorry. read more
