I'm 45 but my life requires heavy lifting and bending to function on my mini farm. Apparently your body decides to revolt when you turn 45 though, and picking up moderately heavy things becomes a reason for everything to lock up and refuse to function. Such was the case after picking up a 25 lb. fish tank, which my body dramatically interpreted as 400lbs and proceeded to have a temper tantrum like a strong willed 2 year old! I couldn't bend, I couldn't straighten. It was as obnoxious. Everything from my shoulders to my back side was screaming obscenities at me. Fortunately my husband was home and assisted me to the floor, which is where I stayed for 2 hrs until I rationalized my crippled state. I had my first visit with Dr. Larson 4 days later, and Holy Cow, where has she been my entire life? Not only is she amazing at strong arming my very stubborn muscles and bones to get back in their appropriate places, she also began working on issues that were a product of a nasty car wreck 20 years ago. Her adjustments are accurate for my needs, as she doesn't just go through a typical adjustment process with every person. She is able to tell me what is hurting before I even get the chance to tell her. Her magic fingers feel the rogue muscles and bones and do not allow them to dictate my mobility. She devised a treatment plan to address everything, and it has been amazing at how much better I feel!! Even better than before my back went politician crazy!! I am eternally grateful for her!! As a bonus, she respects and supports my holistic lifestyle and has provided lots of helpful information!! My 2 sons are also currently being treated by her as a follow up from a wreck also. They were rear ended and left with some unusual pains for a 16 &17 year old. So I am thankful for Dr. Larson's incredible abilities. Before coming here I was indecisive of having another back surgery. I looked up this particular Chiropactor and said to myself hey what's it's going to hurt. Before coming here I had no feelings on my left side from a pinched nerve, since coming here some of my feelings have returned. I'm saying some because after my first back surgery 3 yrs ago I was left partially paralyzed on my left side and thought I'd never regain strength nor my feelings back. Today is my 9th adjustment and I'm walking today without my cane( still have a way to go) , also a lot of my feelings came back which was told by my doctor that they will only come back after surgery ! I highly recommend this place. I see Dr. Larson. This was my first time ever coming to a chiropractor and I want to get adjusted forever because it relieves so much pain, and stress on the body. I was so use to taking lots of pain pills. I'm down to two a day now instead of eight or ten! I was so sad to read Jennifer's negative review because I LOVE Flex Chiropractic! A good friend of mine referred me to Dr. Larson and then I realised that I have multiple friends who also think Dr. Larson is amazing. I had some very intense issues and slowly but surely we are getting them reduced. The amount of patient care is unbelievable! Whenever there's an issue I get multiple texts, phone calls, emails, etc from Dr. Larson and her office, even on weekends! I feel like Dr. Larson is my new Mom she really looks out for her patients and truly cares. Her entire team is amazing and go out of their way to help you and make you laugh. I am treated at the office in NE Columbia and it has been a very pleasant experience. Unlike other chiropractors that have kept me going for months and months, they put together a comprehensive treatment plan that covered adjustments, electrical stimulation, heat/ice, massage, and exercise.
