After I booked HelloTech confirmed my appointment and the tech, Urvin, reached out with a phone call to confirm. He arrived on time and completed our TV wall mounting the project to our satisfaction. He was friendly, professional and accommodating when we wanted the TV moved down. 5-stars for Urvin and 5-stars for HelloTech. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Steve designed and built remote sensing and control for it as well as three garage doors; we know their status at a glance and can control any of them with a button or our phone. If we are coming home from a trip, the home will be warmed up, water heater working, driveway lights on, etc. All this in addition to a fine security system and whole-house sound. He then voluntarily inspected our exterior cable box - nearly 20 years old - and discovered the interior connection needed to be replaced. After replacing the connection, he inspected our modem and determined it did not need to be replaced. Throughout the visit, Cameron was thoroughly professional, highly competent and personable. All-in-all a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. My next service call, I will ask for Cameron More by name.

Was told that its because of the amount of devices we had connected. Most were connected through ethernet, and all but two devices were idle-not even being used. We were never given an account number. Sales Rep was terrible at following up calls and communication. They left the install half done, we are still waiting for them to pickup the equipment and remove the wires from our yard. Was told a manager would call us within 24 hours-that never even happened. Took over two hours to cancel service. They have you repeat all the issues to each person they transfer you to-this just engrains the dissatisfaction I experienced with every interaction and I will NEVER give them another chance. The modem failed the first night. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!!! I'd avoid at ALL costs-you WILL REGRET giving them a chance. I didn't think a company could be that UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I called this company to look at a tenants 10 year old AO Smith (bought new, commercial grade) water heater. The water heater was making popping noises and she was concerned. The solution was draining the sediment, which can be accomplished in a service call or by any rudimentary handy man in an hour. Guess what I was told? I was told I needed a new water heater at a cost of $4,000. This massive upsale effort is nothing short of disgusting. I drained it myself, problem solved. I wrote this review because the company had no clear way to email them. I could have called with feedback and questions, and I may update this review if aomeone at the company is responsible enough to call me. Until then, it stands and I suggest you get at least two other opinions before replacing equipment at their recommendation.

We got prices from the project manager and when we tried to call him a day or so later with some questions, we were told he no longer works there. We were offered 7% off and when questioned them about the 15% off, we were told that has already been taken off. Apparently the original price was over $21,000.00. Since asking about that, we haven't heard a word from them and it's been over a week. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
