On the job day, he arrived right on time, had all the tools he needed, and spend 3 hours measuring and positioning the bracket, drilling through tile, putting bracket and TV up, and adjusting the TV. He was really patient and nice, and taught me quite some knowledge about the wall, tile, tools, etc. At the end, he also helped clean up the dust.
