My past few appointments have been rushed, I barely have time to explain any issues I'm having before she rushes to speak over me. I can barely get a word in. She also been dismissive and condescending, ignoring me when I ask her for practical advice on managing my symptoms, and bulldozing when I feel uncomfortable with her treatment method. She also added diagnosis' information into my medical chart that is inaccurate, symptoms and issues that I have never had. I have to call to get things taken off my chart that have nothing to do with my illnesses. Overall a bad experience, would not recommend.

However, that quickly became untrue and having to make an appointment is not something I can do. The owner of the establishment is very nice. However, the people that he has working for them many of them are very rude especially via email. I tried to cancel my account a couple times, but the owner kept insisting that he would work around my schedule, but that didn't happen and I finally decided to quit and never go back. My problem with the facility is just the people who work there are not always very friendly, especially in writing, and also the fact that advertised as walk-in and that was not the case.

I was told that any unused IV drips would roll over into the following months--great! Or so I thought. Fast forward to the end of my six months: I went to cancel my membership and was told that if I canceled, I would lose all of my unused drips. That made no sense to me since I had paid for them month after month and was specifically told they would carry over. The only option I was given was to pause my membership for $10/month for three months to preserve the drips. I did that and used a couple more, but still had a few left. When I asked another staff member if I'd lose those drips after cancellation, she assured me I'd keep them because they were already paid for. So I canceled with confidence--only to find out later that I had just 30 days to use the remaining IVs after cancellation, and now they're gone. This kind of misinformation happened constantly. I got conflicting answers from nearly every staff member I spoke with. The policies were unclear, the contract wording was vague, and communication was poor overall. Aside from that, I also had inconsistent experiences with the nurses. One of them gave me a B12 injection so roughly that it bruised badly. It honestly felt careless. The only good thing I can say is that the massage chairs and oxygen during the IVs were relaxing. But in terms of value, professionalism, and consistency, this place really missed the mark. If you're considering IV therapy, I'd recommend Alpha IV Hydration over Prime IV any day.
