That is the type of care the folks at FlexCare specialize in. I went there to have a medication infused that takes about a minute to get from the syringe into my arm. The nurses there are incredibly caring. From the time I walked in the door, until I left, I was the focus of their attention. The receptionist greeted me promptly, and quickly got the paperwork out of the way. As soon as the paperwork was done, a nurse was waiting to take me back to a private room where a huge cushy recliner was waiting. No sooner had I gotten seated, than another nurse was putting a blood pressure cuff on my arm and taking my blood pressure. At the same time another nurse was verifying my information and a third nurse was waiting to administer the dosage. Once the nurse was done with my blood pressure, the nurse with the syringe verified where I wanted the infusion, and went about her work. A minute or so later, she said I was done, and I could either set there for a while, or I could go home. As I was leaving, the receptionist set a time for my next injection, and wished me happy Holidays, since I wouldn't be seeing them for six months. Overall, a process that had the potential to be very unpleasant was made as pleasant as getting your blood pressure taken.

When I called the receptionist was extremely rude (she always is) and all she could say was that's never happened to anyone here & that they go in with a blind needle and acted annoyed that I even brought it up. The injections do help but they are NOT worth the months of pain and discomfort.
