I came in to mail a phone to my stepson who lives in a sober house in Maine. My wife wears hearing aids and could barely hear the store clerk when another clerk started vacuuming as she was trying to talk! very rude! The services are good here however and can get your shipment out with first quoting you the cheapest way.We shipped ups ground and package was delivered as promised. read more

This is a UPS store- this is not UPS. This store has no recourse for your shipments at all no matter what they tell you. I have had 2 high dollar items ( 2 out of 2) stolen among many low dollar shipments that make their way. When there is a problem you have to go through UPS CAPITAL which there is no human contact only a portal that tells you to pound sand. This store has been 0 help. They have said 3 times that they will get back to me- and they never did. read more

I chose to come here after reading other reviews, and was even still surprised by how wonderful my experience was! I had an urgent and stressful shipping situation, work related, and Vaidehi came to my rescue! Genuine, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, I instantly felt reassured that everything was going to work out. With my new job I will be shipping large orders on a regular basis, without question I will only use this UPS location. Family owned and operated, I felt so well taken care of and also appreciated watching as every other customer was treated the same. They knew so many customers by name! We've come here for several years, and were sorry to see the former management leave in early 2019. They were good to work with, despite bearing the bulk of negative reviews below. Just given the volume of jobs any business does, complaints are likely, but can inaccurately weigh down ratings. (Might be good for Yelp to archive reviews more than a couple years old, or for the new owners to relist?) At any rate, the "new" staff is on top of things, remarkably responsive and helpful. This place is always busy. That alone suggests that there are plenty like me who've found they can rely on this store for shipping and business purposes. Many thanks! read more

Horrible experience, went in to get a document notarized the employee reviewed my ID for about 15 mins. Long story short I have an Arizona ID which looks very different from Georgia ID- I get that. But the employee just kept questioning me if my ID was real. He asked me to swear it was real 3 times. I told him how in Arizona our expiration dates are a lot further out as they are suppose to expire once we turn 65. He continued to question me I asked him multiple times to look it up on the internet on his computer himself which he did but still questioned me. I ended up pulling up Arizona ID on google off my phone he even took my phone and reviewed what he saw. Oh top of all the questioning he asked why my ID stated "not Federal Identification" I told him because it's not federal it's an ID he asked "are you in the military?" I said "no that's why it states not federal ID."He then tells me "that's contradicting. " ‍ I ended up having to call my bf to bring my SS card and to be safe he even brought my birth certificate the man continued to review all documents then he finally notarized my documents. There is a lot more that happened during this visit. But I don't even care to type all that out but in all I went in for something that should have be quick and easy and a total of 35 mins of my time was waisted all because the notarized employee did not know how to look up an ID he isn't familiar with and proceed as normal. Rishaba Patel is amazing. We came into the store with a couple of different out going mail that was a bit challenging. Being we were the only one when walking in. No problem. But, people started coming in and within minutes. There was a line through the store. I was in awe watching Rishaba work on my mail plus help the other employee to keep the line going. No panic. I Was very unhappy with how this store handled a shipping situation gone bad. I shipped two custom paintings with them that arrived damaged to my customer and when I tried to collect a portion of the insurance money as compensation for the arrival of damaged goods, I was sent in circles and ended up wasting a lot of time without receiving any money back. I also asked for a refund of just the shipping charges because the paintings were actually damaged because of how they were packaged at the store due to a lack of knowledge of shipping stretched canvas oil paintings properly. It was an unfortunate situation and could have been handled with more integrity and desire to make things right after a mistake was made. I have not and will not use this store location again. read more

The lady worker there is very polite and helpful. But the African American male worker (the one with glasses) isn't. I didn't respond to his hideous joke, and ended up paying so much more than I had to for shipping. So I decided to goto another UPS store to ask about this weird pricing, and they told me that that was wrong. So if this store is the only UPS store available to you, I am so sorry but you are gonna have to butter up to this UPS guy-make sure you respond to every joke he tells you-to pay the right pricing. read more
