She listens and provides the care I need. She is far from your typical run of the mill doctor that makes you feel like you're just a number. I can't say enough nice things about her because she is genuine, and when I leave her office I truly feel as though a giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Here's why: 1) she is a master in her field 2) excellent bedside manner 3) very courteous 4) did not rush me 5) I got her undivided attention / she was in the moment which in turn makes me feel comfortable 6) sometimes, I did not know how to convey my feelings but she asked pertinent questions to draw out what I had difficulties expressing. she is a great listener and communicator 7) she is patient and kind 8) She is humble (hardly seen in the medical field) 9) Her staff is as diligent, knowledgeable and attentive to patience as she is. Dr. Katherine was very thorough with our daughters lab test results and explained all the results and changes she was going to make to her medications. Great bedside manners, but once again Olympia loses a Practitioner and office seemed empty and lacking patients. Office is now closed on Thursdays as well. Why this office can't keep Practitioners for more than 8 months is something to consider and how come we've never seen an actual Doctor practicing there is strange.
