When I said I needed to be home by 1pm the driver didn't care. He said then he would take me back to my doctor and leave me stranded. The latest they should have picked me up was 22 noon. If I get home and anything is damaged or a theft because I couldn't get home before my contractor leaves (1 pm) I'm holding Hearts2Hearts responsible. They were not caring or compassionate. I've already to my insurance I will not use them again. They have no consideration for the wasted time of the patient or what they made need t to do while they show up late. What can improve pick client up in the time frame set forth by insurance company and be honest when you giving client a pick up done.
