I signed in, when they called my name they said my MRI was canceled due to they called me to confirm my appointment and my phone was disconnected. I never received a call. I asked them what phone number they called. The told me a phone number I had never heard of. They also had my correct phone number on file. They said they call the second phone number, which was the incorrect one. They said I would need to reschedule for the next day. I asked to speak with the manager. She said they try both phone numbers. I doubled checked to see if they called or left a voicemail, they did not. The manager said they also text to confirm, I said I did confirm yes to the text. They never once apologized. I scheduled for the next day. When I left, I called scheduling to see if I could get in at another location today. No openings today. I asked to speak to the highest person in charge. I told her what happened at the Davenport office. She said we texted you to confirm appointment. I told her I responded yes. She said they never received it. I told her I received a response "Thank you! We look forward to seeing you." She said their is nothing we can do and do I still want my appointment they rescheduled for tomorrow. Also, when I called to make the original MRI appointment on 6/4/26 I was caller 6 in queue. When it got to me the call dropped. I called back and now was caller 13 in queue. I decided to drive over to Davenport office to make an appointment. When I went there to schedule my MRI, she said they need to request prior authorization with my insurance company before they can schedule my appointment. I told them I do not need prior authorization with my insurance company . They said they do, which put me 2 weeks out to get my MRI.

Called 911 because I was having breathing issues and my heart was racing up to 160 I do have a…read morehistory of heart problems so I'm waiting for the ambulance to get here then 911 operator informs me they can't find me I look out the door and they're standing behind my car they're just standing there nobody's looking for anything I they bruise my arm just by a simple task of putting an IV in I asked him if he was having trouble and he said no but he was hurting me quite a bit I had a huge black and blue mark on my arm afterwards they don't care about you at this hospital unless you have a lot of money or really good insurance I heard them speaking to the lady in the next bed over and they were trying to get her to stay she sounded perfectly fine but she wanted to go even though I was still not feeling well they felt I was well enough to leave I guess my Medicare was not good enough for them the doctor did not even have a courtesy to come back and go over my test results the next visit I got for the third test result was just somebody saying you're being discharged ! I will not go there again they also left my friend sitting in the waiting room till three in the morning to be admitted and then they said oh we mistakenly admitted you don't go there it could be a life or death decision!

I was witting since march for this appointment. I drove 45 minutes to be here and they has the office close for holidays supposed. I don't know what holiday, but they so irresponsible since they didn't communicate the office will be close before the appointment date. They sent me text messages reminding my appointment yesterday. I'm so angry and I don't recommend this Obg office. I lose one day from my job. According to the reviews, the professional service and front desk are horrible.
