He listened to our concerns and made positive suggestions on how he would properly trim the giant elm. We scheduled a day to do the work, and the crew showed up on time, worked in a safe and professional manner, finished the job, and cleaned up all of the leftover debris. We had them cut down a small elm tree as well, and they left us some nice cuts of firewood. We don't have a wood-burning stove, but we were able to easily donate them to a happy neighbor. Watching the crew work was quite an amazing thing. They are skilled professionals and fun to watch as they do their job. The bid was fair, and the final bill was spot on. Like covering up the Mt. Hood View with a flat patio cover. They did not provide us with any drawings that represented or matched any of our discussions. Their 3D drawings were nothing more than the Monopoly buildings with no details. Their creativity was extremely limited and it was a struggle to try to get them to listen to our needs. In the end we could not use any drawings they provided to us. They pushed us to pay for schematics before we even received a drawing we could use. When we pushed them back on this, it became clear that they wanted to farm this out to another contractor and had not intention of building it ever. We would not recommend them to others.
