When she finally showed up, she went quickly through the house...imagine our shock when the appraisal came in $10,000.00 less than the agreed selling price. Especially when the comps she used were NOT comparable to our property and literally made no sense (this even came from the buyer's lender!). Would NOT recommend this company or her services.

It's Austin, one of the hottest real estate markets. And we didn't find out the appraised value until we were too close to closing and suddenly had to scramble to find an additional $15,000 to close. Do these people even understand the emotional toll that halting closing and moving into our home takes when you suddenly have to come up with this much cash because one appraiser decided to appraise a fully updated home against smaller and less updated homes? I hope they read this to know how much damage they've done.

When searching for a home in York, PA, he assisted me in locating a home that fit my budget and my needs. Mr. Kopp did not push anything upon me that I did not want. Mr. Kopp is very punctual and takes all matters very serious. When trying to close on a home, there were special stipulations that had to be met in order for me to qualify for special financing through PHFA. When the owners and opposite realtor decided to just not finish those stipulations and rent the property out instead, Mr. Kopp was very persuasive in allowing us to make the needed repairs and close on the home. Overall, I'm very grateful being able to move from Baltimore, MD to York, PA. Without Mr. Kopp's expertise and assistance, this would not have been possible.

The house was on the market 50+ days. it took him 3 days to answer my real estate agent after numerous calls and texts and then when we finally put the offer in, not only did he not honor the time line set forth in the contract for an answer, but he also ghosted us and would not answer phone calls and texts once again. I have spoken to Keystone realty and they could care less that they have such a horribly unethical person working for them. Not a good look for a real estate agency.
