I attended my first ever event in pahrump and I ate here today and I was expecting a good review but i feel bad how people did a really bad review on this one because I really got an amazing experience from them! I got a really really good food and service. Sure it took a while to prepare my food since they had a long line and so they were serving a bunch of people but that's understandable because it's a foodtruck and they looked like they don't have a lot of workers. I think people who commented badly on this one should know logic. They are expecting too much on a growing foodtruck business. But overall everything was good and I hope to see them more around in Vegas! Here's a picture of my food 10/10!

Our chef, Kelvin, was entertaining from start to finish and kept everyone laughing while putting on a fun show. The food was delicious, and everything was cooked perfectly. My medium rare steak came out exactly the way I ordered it. The garlic butter was so good that I asked for more, and Kelvin was kind enough to make me an extra batch because I couldn't get enough of it. That definitely made my night. One thing to note: the floors can be a little slippery from all the buttery goodness flying around on the grill, so maybe don't test your ice skating skills on the way out. We had a wonderful birthday dinner and will definitely be back!

The inside was clean, inviting, and beautiful. Our Chef was friendly, personable, professional, gave a good performance, and cooked great food! The waitress was nice, friendly, and welcoming. The only comment I would suggest on, which many restaurants struggle with, is that the water service for refills was slow. I do not know if this was out of courtesy to not be a distraction to the performance or interrupt our conversation, but I would prefer that as opposed to being dehydrated. :) Maybe also consider offering a pitcher of water if that is easier rather than monitoring the water glasses more closely and/or interrupting/distracting from something. Other than that, everything was lovely. The sushi bar looked pretty awesome. Maybe I will try that next time!

They are very attentive to food allergies, as well.

We started with the Matcha Martini, which was delicious. I usually don't eat much fish, but the presentation was so beautiful that I had to try it. The Snapper Sashimi was absolutely stunning. The taste matched the presentation, and every bite was something I savored. One of the highlights of the night was when Chef Kevin brought out what I believe was a Crispy Sea Bass (not on the menu). It was AMAZING -- we finished the entire plate and wished there was more. Overall, my boyfriend loved all the sushi/sashimi and said it just melts in your mouth. The Beef Tenderloin and Chilean Sea Bass were also favorites, but the star of the night was definitely the Japanese F1 Wagyu Striploin. All of the components were paired beautifully with the wagyu. The ambiance overlooking the waterfall was gorgeous, and the service from the entire team -- bussers, runners, and servers was exceptional. This was truly a memorable dining experience, and I can't wait to return.

I remember…read morewhen I first landed in Vegas, & I was raving to my cousin about all of the University of Tuscan Highlands adventures. She laughed, "it will slow down!" 4 years ago to today she was right. Now after 18 addresses I can't imagine living anywhere else. If you're bored in Vegas the problem is the person in the mirror. On any given night any assortment of random adventures can happen, you just have to follow the white rabbit. After a week of PR maxing with both Claude & inside the Iron Church I needed a self date. I eat my feelings. I selected Pisces, I ended up destroying Mizumi ( @mizumi.wynnlv ).    I posted up at the Pisces bar, ordered a sparkling water, I'm too bougie for steel, and started strategizing what to devour. The couple next to me from Nashville started a discussion with the bartender about their plans for Nobu. I had to intervene, "...that place sucks! In fact all the versions of Nobu in Vegas are terrible." They laughed, then retorted "...how about the one in Manhattan?" I passed back "...I lived there, went to it a few times, that one's incredible." The bartender inquired about Mizumi. "It's on my list I exclaimed!" "Do you want to join us?" they shouted! "I'm game!". A friendly gesture to help them avoid wasting money on a 5/10 landed us all at the best sushi experience I've had in Vegas so far.     Everything about this spot was dialed in, from the best Japanese Uni I've had in the U.S. outside my time Hakodate, to the meticulously designed serene koi fish filled pond outside, to the extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff, all of it. My new friend looks at me and goes, my wife will not eat as much as us, order it all. Not knowing me, I asked if he was sure, twice. At the end, he laughed, "...that's the first time I've left a feast this full!" My friends know the drill, we need to hang out again I said.     My only complaint about this spot, my stomach wasn't big enough to eat more. If you can't get a table, the bar is a vibe, and before you ask, yes this was $$$$$.     YOLO! Self-Date WIN!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for either a casual dinner or a date night. I ordered the chicken katsu, and it was everything you want in a great katsu -- perfectly golden, ultra-crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy inside. You could actually hear the crunch with every bite. The tonkatsu sauce paired beautifully, adding just the right balance of sweet and savory without overpowering the chicken. The portions were generous (come hungry!), and I loved that the meal came with rice and fried rice -- because honestly, why choose just one? Both were flavorful, fluffy, and clearly made fresh. Across the table, the steak looked incredible -- cooked well, nicely seasoned, and plated simply so the quality of the meat could shine. Everything tasted homemade rather than overly commercial, which is something I always appreciate. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food came out quickly while still tasting freshly prepared -- a combo that isn't always easy to find.

Two bites into my dinner I find a small light hair that could possibly pass as a chopstick shaving so i wiped it on my napkin and went onto another bite which had a 2.5 inch white hair in it. Neither I or my sister have white hair. We notified the waitress who was awesome by the way of the issue and just wanted the meal removed if possible. They denied removing the meal even though only a few bites had been taken "because it touched the table" and said he could discount it which was a measly 10% off the bill of food hardly touched. Do not recommend eating here unless you get hibachi and can see them cooking it in front of you. I will never return to this location again thanks to the horrible management on duty tonight. However our server Catharine was wonderful and had killer service. Luckily we aren't the type of people to take out the issues on those serving us.

5/5 Stars Sapporo…read morehas become one of our go-to spots, and it never disappoints. The quality is consistently excellent, especially considering how affordable everything is. This visit we had the rich, flavorful ramen along with several sushi rolls, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The service is always friendly, fast, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. It's hard to find a place that offers this combination of great sushi, outstanding ramen, generous portions, and prices that are tough to beat. The funny part is we've been here so many times and still haven't even tried the teppanyaki side yet. If the sushi and ramen are this consistently good, we're looking forward to finally giving it a shot. If you're looking for delicious Japanese food without spending a fortune, Sapporo is an easy recommendation. We'll definitely keep coming back!

I've had the teppanyaki here and found it to be "just ok", but the sushi is really good, fresh, and a lot of fun. We went on a busy evening and there was a bit of a wait. The check in process was easy and they texted me when our table was ready so I didn't have to stand around. (we did, but I liked having the option to walk away). Service is friendly and solid. They're working hard and, because you have a tablet to order options you don't see coming around on the revolving belt, you service isn't all that attentive but we never wanted for anything. The ambiance is lively and there is a lot coming around that belt at brisk pace. All of the sushi was fresh and cool. The rice was nicely packed and fresh as well. They have standard nigiri and maki (rolls) options and some creative suggestions I haven't found anywhere but here that are really tasty. It's a fun evening out, fairly priced. Recommended.
