Worst company ever to exist. Don't use no matter the circumstances. Walking from Munich to Innsbruck would be a better idea than trying to bus back with them. read more

It is a small corner store on a busy street so it can quickly be filled with tourist, but if you're serious about a purchase the staff is helpful and friendly, and will ship that Cuckoo clock anywhere in the world with a manufacturers guarantee that it will work upon arrival. Naturally there is an extra cost for the shipping, but a nice option if you don't want to carry around a Cuckoo clock in your suitcase for the rest of your vacation!

On the bus I checked my items and had 10 items and the till slip (invoice) only showed two items and totalled more than my goods purchased. Naturally I took photos of everything and wanted to forward it via email. Unfortunately there is no email address to be found. So my first impression of a shop with wonderful choices and a helpful assistant is wiped out and I am not happy. The cost of a phone call to Austria would be huge for me on a mobile with pay as you go. If anyone has an email address for Girardelli please send it to janettravels@Hotmail.com

If you love being double…read morecharged, hung up on when speaking to customer service, delayed, and overall horrible experiences, this is your agency. Without diving in to too much detail, I had written proof that an error that was made on the booking was not our fault, yet the woman in charge insisted on double booking us. After realizing she was terribly unreasonable and not very intelligent, I finally threw in the towel and said I would pay the $300 fee they were now demanding for what was a $150 ride initially using my chase credit card so at the very least I could use my travel insurance provided by my credit card to get reimbursed. You'd think this would be where things get better... but NOPE! Not when the travel agency is this shitty! They inform me that their credit card machine is down and I can only pay cash...and my option is to either pay the exorbitant fees or be stuck at the airport and miss my mom's birthday party which I just flew half way around the world for. At this point, I took a few deep breaths, paid the fee in cash, and took solace knowing this company won't last long on this earth... so i took to yelp to tell the truth about this sham of an organization only to see they have literally no reviews above a 1 Star

My mom had already been there 2 other times and she got to see some stuff she had never seen before. Herbie planned our flights, transfers, hotel stays, meals, and sight-seeing. He took care of all reservations - hotels, meals, and tours - and all we had to do was follow him. He checked us into the hotels, made sure we had what we wanted for meals, and got all our tickets. While traveling through the country, someone noticed a golf course and commented that it would be cool to get to golf in Ireland. The next afternoon Herbie had 3 people in our group on a golf course for a nine hole game during some free time. My mom wanted to take a jaunting cart ride in Kilarney and he also set that up. Some of us needed to do some laundry, and he walked us to the nearest launderette. My mom and another lady had some mobility issues. He arranged for them to ride a bus or taxi when the rest of us were walking (when possible). He pushed my mom around in her wheelchair on the days when walking was difficult. He has this incredible knack for finding the right people for the job. I have been on many trips and Herbie is absolutely the best tour guide I have ever been associated with. Always cheerful, friendly, and energetic!

The airport has some amenities inside, washroom, sitting area. It's just a relaxing place to be because it's under serviced. Taking the public bus from the train station at 6am- it was sardines, perhaps additional buses could help with the traffic volume as some people take the airport bus to go to places too? The security line was simple- and long being that there wasn't much traffic. There is a tax free receipt box but I didn't spend $75 at a single business- it was a collection of multiple businesses so apparently I was not eligible for the tax refund? There were employees handing out individually packed wafers in the airport I guess to bolster review and respond for marketing the airport- but I was briefly stopping in- so I don't think I could comment on that. There was a lounge but not accessible through my credit card lounge network.

We noticed the raging wedding party upon our arrival just before midnight, and asked about the noise. The person at the desk assured us we would not hear it in our room. So off we went to room 411 where the sound was loud enough that I could identify the song ("Footloose"). After complaining at the front desk, and being assured they would instruct the DJ to turn down the volume, a few additional minutes made it clear we would not be able to sleep. In the end, they moved us to room 325 on the other side of the building, where we could only barely hear the ongoing matrimonial bacchanalia. The question is, why weren't we put in that much more silent location from the start? Instead, we were forced to repack our things, trundle down to another floor, and lose (in total) 45 minutes of sleep when we had a very early start the next day. I hope the management will consider guests like us the next time there is a wedding party in their lobby and place them in a room where one is actually able to sleep.
