I read the reviews and took the chance. I regret it. Please don't do business with these people at flexibus. It may cost a little less than other buses, but you actually may end up spending more. (Remember, you get what you pay for.

Once everyone in my family was fully vaccinated, we began to plan the long awaited reunion. Since I wasn't entirely sure of her schedule, I wasn't able to book until the day before we needed the driver so I was very happy that Culdesac was able to accommodate. From my initial phone inquiry until our drop off, every interaction with the business was professional. During my first phone call, I was able to book a driver for 5 hours to take us to a winery in Virginia. The winery is located over an hour away, so it was nice to be able to relax and not worry about driving. Everything was pretty seamless. Our driver (Rachid) was so professional and even arrived a few minutes early. He was a safe driver, kind and accommodating despite the non-stop storytelling and giggling between me, my sister and a childhood friend throughout the entire ride. Their pricing was upfront and pretty in line with quotes that I received from other businesses as well (and pricing was pretty transparent which I appreciate!) Thank you Culdesac for helping us make a very special weekend, safe and stress free.

A group of us was visiting Washington, DC for a hockey road trip…read more Two months prior to my trip, I emailed Culdesac, along with 2 other competitors for a price quote. Culdesac not only contacted me the same day, but they were the only ones who provided me with any form of communication, and I've yet to hear back from the other 2 companies. That alone catapulted Culdesac to 5 star status in my book! I had 11 people in my group and was suggested a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprint Van, picking up from IAD to downtown Washington for $275, which included tax and gratuity. I believe I spoke to Sammy, who was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to February... The day before our trip, Sammy called me to reconfirm, and sent me our driver's name and number. A hiccup happened to our trip, and I sent Derek a text to come to the airport earlier than we agreed upon. Culdesac called to verify we needed an earlier pickup, Derek kept me in the loop of his transit time, and he came to the spot we told him we were at. Super professional! We decided to use Culdesac to take us back to the airport. Again the day before, I got a call and email reconfirming my pickup at 1:30 pm. We were told that Derek was going to take us back, but unfortunately a hiccup occured where his appointment was going to run over, so Derek texted me that someone else will pick us up, and not to worry. A few minutes after the text, Culdesac called me to say Derek was being replaced by Sam, and they texted me his number. Sam arrived at 1:15 in a 20 passenger van, just as nice as the Mercedes Sprinter, and even newer! It was also handicapped accessible, which was a good thing to remember if someone was disabled. He was just as courteous and got us to the airport safely and quickly. I honestly believe this company deserves 5 stars. They were professional, easy to get a hold of via email and phone, and communicated with me from start to finish. They charged my card after the service was completed, and the tip and tax was included in the fee. I would gladly use them again if I am back in the DC area.

BAM 25ish, tall, bitingly funny, while being thoughtful and respecting. I asked if V provided water and he apologized relating no, but then gave me a bottle from his chair. The ride was rough though, bus bounced so much that I contemplated taking Amtrak from Bethesda... But the last minute $300 fair priced me out of that option. Fares are a fraction of the price if you book ahead, as low as $25 if you book 3 weeks out and take the first morning departing train. The driver on the NY to Arlington lag, pictured... was rude and condescending. He yelled at me for not moving fast enough rounding the corner on the side walk, taunting me. I let him know that I have a spinal cord injury and couldn't move any faster, didn't help... He yelled at me again. Then once on the bus he turned around and glared at me hard, 100% throwing his weight around. He blocked the 2 front seats from paid customers with his personal belongings, a cooler, lunch bag and his back pack. Who does that? Eddie. This driver needs to be retrained. No one should be treated like this. Additionally, on the way back, someone smoked in the bathroom and that air circulated in the bus for an entire 3 hours. My lungs were begging for mercy by the time I arrived in Arlington. To save money, Vamoose will not allow the AC to run until departure time. So on a 100 degree day, the bus gets to heat up with the boarded passengers cooking on the inside and then it takes a really long time to cool both the hot bus and the overheated passenger to a comfortable climate. Avoid Vamoose at all cost. Take Amtrak.

You might not ever sing the song, bit once you heard the song as a kid, that's all she wrote. Riding the yellow school bus was always some kind of crazy adventure. Its amazing what ridicules things one's mind can come up with...especially with friends.  Examples, sneaking food on the bus when it was against the rules, sneaking icicles or  snowballs on to the bus and watching them melt under the heaters.  Shooting make believe guns at other passing cars that were trying to over take our bus.  Stupid kid stuff.   There were times things were not so nice when I rode the yellow school bus. Times when I encountered bullying,  getting into shouting matches with the bus driver or nearly coming to blows with other students. Yes, being a smartass to some bus drivers wasn't my finest hour. The irony of me being a bus driver and having a smartass kid on the bus  could have happened, but didn't.  Still, when transporting the elderly,  I have encountered rudeness.  Some of these thoughts go through my head when I see a yellow school bus.  Speaking of yellow school buses, I find it amusing that some buses look more orange than yellow, but the name stuck. One of the most memorable things about riding on the school bus is riding in the back of the bus. My friends and I loved it when we hit the bumps and it would send is rocking up and down.  You can imagine how many people wanted to be in the back of the school bus at times. Another good memory is class field trips to various locations. Some of the conversations were memorable, but I won't go into that.  Great times and not so great times on the bus, but they are memories.nevertheless.

Thank you Charles (driver), Jacob (owner) and David (dispatch/coordinator). From the initial on-line contact to get a price quote there was a response from Jacob by email within thirty minutes requesting more detail about pick up/drop off locations, time and number of passengers. The communication was excellent (from beginning to end) and the responsiveness was very impressive. Our superb driver Charles arrived about an hour early (which was great as many of the 14 adults using the Sprinter Van transportation had already arrived). The driver was caring, responsive, generous and had the Sprinter Van A/C cranked up and the van spotless inside and out. The driver's kindness and driving skills was remarkable in all of the passenger's opinion. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Our HS children used another transportation service (booked prior to the adults deciding to use transportation as well). There service was horrible. He was thirty minutes late for pick up, the Party Bus had no air conditioning (it was 90 some degrees for the one hour ride), had no working speakers, driver smelled of marijuana, drove erratically and did little to in regards to service. When we heard about this we terminated their service after the 1 hour of the 6 hours booked for the evening. Our driver Charles of Shalom Transportation, upon our request, took immediate action by contacting Jacob who was polite and generous and provided us with an impromptu remedy by providing our children with alternative transportation on the spot and the report from our HS children was that the service and transportation vehicle was excellent. David, Shalom's dispatcher, immediately stepped in to action (thank you) and provided immediate communication by text and our adjusted bill by email. We were pleased with Shalom Transportation LLC's communication, service and price and would use them again. Thank you Shalom Transportation LLC (specifically Charles, Jacob and Dave). -the Glasser Family.
