I love to work out without too many people around, I feel comfortable, plus there's no wait for any machine. The only hiccup I foresee is the fact that I didn't see more than 1 pair of 5 and 10 dumbells. So if more than 1 person is using one of those weights time could be wasted. Plus there were no 8 or 12 lb weights. There were only 5, 10, 15lbs. Sometimes 10 is too light and 15 is too heavy. A 12lb dumbell would do nicely. The main reason I'm joining is because it's open 24hrs and close to my house. I'm a busy mom of two, who works in the city, has to leave at 6am to get to work and return at 6/6:30pm. Joining a regular gym with regular hours wouldn't work for me. It's slightly pricier than other gyms but for me this works. And I can't wait to try out the classes!

I've only been going here for a short amount of time, but this place is great. Donne, the owner and trainer, owns the gym and really cares about his clients. He is all about the "results" as he says and you can tell he isn't lying. Many of his clients are very happy with him and you can tell they have made tremendous progress. I can't wait to get to my body goals with his help. Even better he has flexible hours to fit everyone's schedule.

CF athletes doing crazy and dangerous lifts and stunts to impress their fellow crossfit bros. And paleo. Paleo everywhere. I'm happy to say that CFTH is not the stereotypical Crossfit box you hear about, and I have nothing but praise for this box. First, the facility is beautiful and spotless. Two people live in my apartment and it's a mess. 50+ people go to CFTH every day and you could lick the floors. They keep the facility up, and have up to date equipment. Second, the coaches are knowledgeable and focus 100% on form and safety. If you look like you're lifting too much weight, they will tell you to try something lighter. If your form is wrong, they will help you fix it so you don't hurt yourself. If you're in pain, they'll tell you to listen to your body and try something different or go foam roll. And if you have an injury, they'll help you change or scale down movements to help you. They really want you to put your health first. So for anyone on the fence about crossfit and joining this box... if you want to become part of a positive community that will push you to work hard while you have fun and see results, CFTH is the facility for you.

Trainer comes up with attitude that I'm using the space despite walking away for 30+ minutes. Came really disrespectful specifically to me despite others also using the space. Came up mid set of mine and only placed a ball down and told me I can't be using the area. What irks me is that there were two people also there using the cable machine. And I've seen other people using it. There was a 30-1hr gap between his clients in which no other trainer was using the area. I was already using it for a while completing 4 sets prior too. I've seen them training school-aged and college athletes, soccer moms, pudgy dads, Spartan-racers and everything in between. I do "bootcamp" 5-6 times per week, which is a one-hour, high intensity butt-kicking that can include anything from chin-ups and pushups to tire-flipping and sledgehammers. And squats. Lots of squats. The workouts are flexible and scalable depending on the individual's needs, so a wide range of people can work out together. The trainers all do a great job of understanding the needs of the athletes, and keeping the workouts varied so it doesn't get boring or repetitive. There's great camaraderie among the boot camp crew, and we occasionally go to happy hour at the Riverside Inn, so there's that too.

I called and got the same Aggressiveness from him. He stated that you would have to wait a year for the contract to auto renew and then wait 30 days to cancel. That's not what the contract says and that makes no sense. They are rude,unprofessional, and make up their own policies to keep you locked into to giving up your money!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
