Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.

You can share with 1-7 of your buddies depending on the room selected. I'd recommend a group session if you haven't done it before. You'll get a towel, a couple timers and a bottle of water. There's typically a towel on the floor by the cold dip and another small towel in the floor of the sauna. A full size towel is on the seat of the sauna. There's an LED red light therapy system embedded in top of the sauna. I typically start in the sauna for 8 minutes or so. Then cold for 3 or so. Continue for the length of my time. I'm especially refreshed if i finish with the cold plunge. Staff are friendly/helpful. I've had mixed luck with the bluetooth speakers in the rooms. The doors on the saunas can be tough to close (they stick). But overall, highly recommended.

When I first arrived, the owner was not in the spa area but some paperwork to fill out was left on the desk. I actually really loved that because it gave me some time to settle into the environment and process everything before having to interact with anyone, which is huge for me. As a person with both Autism and ADHD (and I highly demanding job), I really struggle with overstimulation, nervous system dysregulation, adrenaline fatigue, and periods of severe burnout. My muscles are always very tense, about halfway through my body became very relaxed and I spent about 15 minutes just stretching and felt an incredible relief of tension like I've never experienced. I actually cried at one point because I didn't know it was possible for me to be able to relax like that. The sensory deprivation and having the opportunity to relax my body for the first time in a very long time is exactly what I needed before returning to work at the end of Winter break. Even as a first time float, I had such a great experience and came out feeling much more regulated and calm. I had really been struggling mentally and physically the last couple of months due to work, I feel like this really helped with regulating my nervous system.
