From start to finish, Soak & Sage offers such a relaxing and soul rewarding experience. I found the apothecary to be incredibly intentional, and the hydrotherapy circuit to be perfectly refreshing, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Thank you Denise for such a welcoming experience. I'll absolutely be back to book a facial.

Two hours here is like a day at the beach, so relaxed and love every detail - highly recommend!

Beautiful facility and I loved the steam room it was so refreshing. They also had a variety of saunas

I recently visited Sage and Soak and had a phenomenal experience. I'm currently training for a marathon, and this was the relaxation and rejuvenation I needed. I used both saunas, and the steam room. But they also offer a cold plunge and other amenities as well. You have to check them out!

The staff was understanding about our overflow onto nearby spaces. 20 women go big for Galentine's Day!

Loooove this place for countless reasons, but most uniquely because 1) the ambience is melty zen; 2) yet we can also socialize (!!!) and, 3) the staff are wonderfully responsive. I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.

Super nice and relaxing place. There's a steam Room and 2 saunas as well as a hot tub and a cold plunge. Both saunas were relaxing and super hot (in a good way). The steam room smelled like essential oils and really helped soothe your body overall. I felt like there wasn't too many other people there but enough to make me feel comfortable having conversations and not ruining someone else's vibe. I also got a facial with Anne and she was amazing, walked me through every step and gave me recommendations for what I could use on my skin. When I left I was glowing and we were giggling the whole facial, definitely recommend her and this place as a nice relax day :)

Had a great time! The staff was helpful and friendly, the space was clean, and it was relaxing!

I had the opportunity to experience @Soak & Sage in Renton , and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. From the moment you step into the space, you're greeted by the calming aroma of sage and an overall sense of peace. They start you off with an tincture of your choice which was such a thoughtful and grounding way to begin the experience. I went for the cold plunge first invigorating and refreshing and then eased my way into the hot pool and the steam room. Every part of the experience felt intentional and restorative. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place to decompress, reset, and truly take care of yourself, Soak and Sage is the perfect spot. I'll definitely be back!

I came here on a Sunday at 7 PM with my friend, two parking spots conveniently opened up right as we arrived, and it wasn't busy at all. Two hours is plenty of time to enjoy the clay sauna, dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, and 43° cold plunge. The women's locker room feels a little condensed but is stocked with the essentials: lockers with programmable locks, a Dyson hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body oil, and makeup towels. There's no need to bring sandals or a towel, they offer robes upon request, and the bathing suit spinner dries your suit in seconds. Parking is limited, but Gene Coulon Park or the Southport public lot is the recommended alternative. Kimberly was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our visit worked out. The people here are friendly and grounded, making it a great space to meet others while recharging. They even have a deck of cards in the sauna with prompts to ask eachother questions! They also offer holistic services like massages, facials, scrubs & wraps, breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, and wellness options like fillers, Botox, and NAD. I do feel the website could be clearer (for those who don't use social media) about special nights or blocked-off times. Otherwise, this spa is a wonderful place to invite friends, escape and recharge. TIP: Walk-ins are welcome, including non-members, but booking online prior makes checking in at the front desk seamless. The bathhouse is limited to 16 people at a time, so it's never overcrowded.

Soak and Sage truly lives up to its name. The atmosphere is moody, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with a great variety of amenities and helpful guidance on how to get the most out of the experience. Between the two types of saunas, steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub, it's easy to tailor your visit to exactly what your body and mind need that day. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire space was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. It's the kind of place that makes it easy to slow down and fully reset.

Had such an incredible relaxing experience ‍ did a full relaxation circuit including the thermal pool, temazcal sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and the wet/dry Finnish sauna. Loved the tinctures and the aromatherapy inhalers (especially the relaxing one)

I initially found this place on Groupon, actually. I bought a 90 mins treatment voucher. The lady, who scheduled my appointment, was very nice and flexible with my timing. I remember one of the workers called, and my appointment was able to get rescheduled quickly on the same day. When I entered the spa, I was instantly offered warm herbal tea. It was very relaxing overall. After that, I was escorted to the back room for the massage experience. It felt really good with the technician's strong hands working on my scalp! It was the therapy that I needed. To be honest, I didn't fall asleep because I think I was curious on what would occur next. Haha. Whenever there's something to be worked on my head and face and I am required to close my eyes, I would also like to know or to at least feel what would happen to me next. My most favorite part of the experience was the shower moon-shaped device that went up and down across my hair. That felt super amazing. Anyway, I got my hair dried by the technician after the massage session was over. Yes, I was still able to enjoy my warm herbal tea afterward.

I didn't even complete the booking because there were so many confusing steps in the app, but the availability shown was clearly misleading. It was disappointing and a waste of time driving there only to be turned away. They really need to improve their scheduling system and communication so customers know what is actually available before coming in.

Lisa is still amazing with her techniques and attentiveness. I've tried something new this time, CBD-massage with medium-strength CBD oil menthol flavor. Life-changing!! Not just my muscles got the benefits from the deep massage, but also the cooling - invigorating sensation throughout the whole session. Loved it so much that I changed my appt from 60-min to 90-min on the spot. Renewing my 5-session package for $328 on the day. Good thing is that can share my package with other people so it is a must-deal if you're a repeated customer like me :)

This has always been a very clean, hygienic location, and I felt safe coming into today for a prenatal massage. Lisa and I both wore masks the entire time. (Note: I've never worn a mask before for a massage and honestly was a little bit curious about how it'd feel to be face down on the massage table, but as soon as she started, I forgot all my worries!) Her prenatal set-up is great. She has a body cushion that leaves room for your belly and breasts, so nothing is uncomfortably squished. Lisa is a magician with her hands. The entire massage I was waxing poetic in my head to her because it felt soooo relaxing. Her hands are full of compassion. She really knows how to work out knots, especially in your neck/shoulders. I'll definitely continuing going to Lisa for my wellness, and I hope this woman-owned business continues to get lots of support. Lisa's massages are worth every penny!
