We have used floaters on several occasions. Everyone is very helpful & courteous. They get our equiptment out very fast & they always check with us to make sure we have what we need & that everthing is running proplerly with our units. I would recommend Floaters to everyone . Called Floaters on yesterday (7/16) and informed the representative that I wanted to get a price for a portable toilet and hand-washing station for the FL/GA Event/Tailgate happening on Nov. 2nd and also wanted to know if they could drop the rentals off the day of (Saturday 11/2). She told me that it would be $75 for their dual hand washing station and $100 for their portable toilets. She also informed me that they do not drop off rentals the day of the event, only the day prior (Friday 11/1). I did not reserve either rental as I was looking for a company that drop off the day (we had a company last year that did this, but I could not remember which company we used) of the event. I called around to other companies and found out that United Site Rentals is the only company that will drop off the day of the event. The only reason I called Floaters back today is because United Site Rentals is not offering anymore hand-washing stations for the event and we definitely want to rent one and its only $75 so that was cool. Ok... so I called Floaters today (7/17) and apparently spoke to the same representative, BUT she did NOT give me the same price from yesterday! The price that was given to me today was for $100 for the hand-washing station!! She claimed that she did not hear me say that it was for the FL/GA event and that she heard me say it was "around FL/GA time" WOW! Such a LIAR! At this point I am livid and going back and forth with her about the price she gave me yesterday vs. the price she is giving me today and of course I have an attitude and I am very irritated with her. She then gives the phone to another lady or maybe the lady grabbed the phone from her ‍ Either way.... The person who gets on the phone says.. "This is the office manager, how can I help you?" I ask her who am I speaking to and she says again that she is the office manager (with a lot of attitude might I add). I say to her, I heard you say that you're the office manager, but I did not hear you say your name! She tells me her name is Toni. I explain to her what is mentioned above and she proceeds to tell me that she understands what I was told yesterday, but unfortunately I didn't rent the station yesterday. WOW! Really?!? That is how you're going to handle this situation Toni, the office manager?! I am really pissed at this point! So basically she is telling me that what I was told yesterday don't matter even though she know what was said. I wanted to speak with someone else, but Toni hung up on me after asking for my number and telling me that "We will call you back after you calm down!" I have never been treated like this before especially from someone who should be trying to diffuse the situation when their representative gave out incorrect information. She was not helpful at all.. She (Toni) entered the conversation with her mind already made up on how the call was going to end. I will NEVER use this company for anything and I would NOT recommend them to anyone else! AND yes, I called her back and gave her a few choice words while telling her that she don't need to call my phone back for shit! Get some EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP! read more
