They had hair caps which I wish I had seen before but it was so nice to float. They decorated the ceiling with little stars which was very cute. Next, we had the red light sauna which was relaxing and very warm. We then had a quick massage which I wish we had booked for longer. They used great pressure and it was very rejuvenating. We then had the hand and foot salt detox which was a really unique experience. I've never done that! We finished off in the salt cave which was calm and a great way to end off. Overall, it was a fantastic day. The staff is incredible and we enjoyed each step of the way. I'm excited to return but might switch around the timing of the experiences. You cannot bring in your own water, but drinking water and towels are available. When you go upstairs, a staff member explains what to do. You change from your shoes into slippers and receive a loose-fitting top and shorts to wear. There are several different sauna rooms to try, with secure cubicles nearby where you can leave your phone before entering each room. The spa has separate men's and women's changing rooms with showers, a hot tub and plenty of useful amenities. You can also purchase facial masks. Beyond the saunas, there are far infrared-light lounge chairs to lie on, massage chairs, a quiet lounge for reading or relaxing, a sleeping room, a gym and computer stations if you need to work. There is also a restaurant if you get hungry, as well as spa treatments available for an additional cost. Many people brought books and spent time relaxing between the different rooms. It is a lovely place to slow down, unwind and spend several peaceful hours.

The head massage starts with some aromatherapy and deep breathing followed by the head massage. They then wash your hair twice, condition, and rinse it off. Afterwards, you get a shoulder massage. Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I noticed on their website that they mention you might be sharing a room. However, if you don't want to share a room you just have to mention it in your booking. Good to know since I wasn't aware the first time around. Linda made my spa visit very enjoyable that I will definitely book with her in the near future.

The Fire and Ice session consisted of rotating through sauna, quick shower, cold plunge, then standing in front of the infrared light. The sauna was big enough for 2 people to lay down, one on each bench. If you ask the staff, they will provide you with some essential oils to put on top of the rocks to elevate the experience. The cold plunge was super cold and I only dipped my body in for a split second. The tank is big enough for 1 person to lay in, like a bath tub. The infrared light was nice as it's supposed to promote muscle relaxation and pain relief. There is also a speaker in the room which you can use to select your own music. This room is completely private and for our use only - bathing suit is optional! The float session was something new to us and I was nervous about being claustrophobic in the tank. Luckily the tank was big enough for the both of us. You can keep the door closed (but I found the humidity buildup too much which made it hard to breathe), so I left a tiny crack open. You can choose to have ambient light (around the perimeter of the pool) or the starry night above or keeping it pitch black. The staff said that an hour of sleep in the tank is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep in your bed!! The facilities were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. You can fill your water bottle up with cold reverse osmosis water or make yourself a cup of hot tea. I just wish that there is something similar in Mississauga, rather than having to drive to Markham for this experience.

They start by analyzing your scalp and they provide insight of your scalp. Then, then they take you to your room for your head massage treatment. My masseuse, Judy was very kind and made sure to massage all the right spots for those relaxing moments. From the point of when you eye mask is placed, you will get the serenity moments from the right amount of pressure that applied on your scalp, next and shoulders. The AI Shampoo experience was also quite cool and interesting. They programmed the system according to the data from your scalp and they can adjust the water temperature. What was so interesting was they do provide earplugs so that no water can get into your ears while the machine does its work while your are getting a massage from the automated massage table. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I recommend this spot to everyone! I can't wait for the next experience!
