When the "teenagers" arrived to replace my gutters, they tore them off half my house, decided it was too much work removing all the screws that held them on, and proclaimed I needed a new roof before they could finish the work. I have had 3 other companies come out and all 3 say the roof is fine. I now have new gutters from a different company. I gave this company a deposit which they say is "non refundable" and I have not heard from them in over 2 months. Don't use these guys. They are making a living off of "non refundable" deposits and you will never hear from them once they destroy your roof.

After taking over half the payment and missing three start dates, they finally removed our gutters--then disappeared. What followed was more no-shows, empty promises, and every chance to fix it ignored. Excuses ranged from being evicted from their shop to leaving their phone at home while traveling to Jax for court appearances! We were left with no gutters and no refund $! Communication became inconsistent at best, nonexistent at worst. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money then abandon it without accountability! We would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I am submitting a critical review for service never rendered by Paradise Gutters. I received a…read moreproposal/invoice on 06/16/23 for gutters, soffit and fascia work to be performed at my property in Oviedo FL 32765. Paradise Gutters thru his representative Larry Larson requested a 25% down payment from me on same day, which was paid thru Mr. Lardon's PayPal account as a family and friends payment because, as stated by Mr. Larson, he could the funds immediately and could use them to buy the materials. However, he failed to mention that business payments made as friends and family are no guarantee by PayPal. Mr. Larson said that he needed about two weeks to secure the materials needed to do the work, but he never came back. Then, Mr. Larson said the he had a family emergency, that his father in law was sick, and he had to go out of town, and that he had no cellular signal. After calling multiple times and leaving numerous messages, I finally received a call from Mr. Larson, he told me that he was going to do the work the following week. The week past and Paradise Gutters never came or called about the job. At this point, I strongly believe this person and business are dishonest, and would like to warn other people about the deceiving business practices of Paradise Gutters and it's representative Larry Larson.
