In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

Paradise Gutters thru his representative Larry Larson requested a 25% down payment from me on same day, which was paid thru Mr. Lardon's PayPal account as a family and friends payment because, as stated by Mr. Larson, he could the funds immediately and could use them to buy the materials. However, he failed to mention that business payments made as friends and family are no guarantee by PayPal. Mr. Larson said that he needed about two weeks to secure the materials needed to do the work, but he never came back. Then, Mr. Larson said the he had a family emergency, that his father in law was sick, and he had to go out of town, and that he had no cellular signal. After calling multiple times and leaving numerous messages, I finally received a call from Mr. Larson, he told me that he was going to do the work the following week. The week past and Paradise Gutters never came or called about the job. At this point, I strongly believe this person and business are dishonest, and would like to warn other people about the deceiving business practices of Paradise Gutters and it's representative Larry Larson.

They came out and gave us a free estimate and offered us a fare price. They were ready to come out that week; however, we had to get the approval from the HOA first, but once I gave them the go ahead they came out the next week. The installers arrived and went right to work. They had a great work attitude and were very personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Very professional, quality work at a fare price. Our house really has a nice finished look that we are proud of.

There are plenty of contractors that are licensed and customer service oriented. That Ray is most definitely NOT one of them for sure! He is rude, full of himself and is most likely a racist. I state his because the way he mistreated and disrespected me and treated me says it all. He threatened to put a lien on because I paid MOST of the final payment even though the work was unfinished and of very poor quality. Do not ever sign any "warranty" until the work is 100% done and of good quality. Anyway, he wrote a nasty email threatening me about how he would put a lien on me, charge fees, and sue but the work is of poor quality and is unfinished. I am very dissatisfied with their work and them. He was very nasty about it. After they did the work they left a few unfinished things. Under the sink there is a hole, that needs to be covered up. The cabinet on the corner was supposed to have more shelf space but now it only has half the shelf space I originally had. Both of the cabinets are missing a shelf, I had 3 shelves now only 2 for each. The floor kitchen cabinet has 3 drawers instead of 4 drawers that it had. They shortchanged me. Somehow they could not even use the same dimensions for these kitchen so now I have a bit less space in the kitchen. How hard is it to make the kitchen cabinets the same size as before? There are many areas on the floor that are not properly sealed. Shoddy workmanship is what they are about. I regret hiring them. I have emailed Rays Renovations about 5 times regarding the warranty but he has ignored my emails. He has my money and refuses to fix the issues. His trainee used a very poisonous substance to coat the side of the floor cabinet. A very loud fan had to be used for 3 days! And after that it still looks like crap. gavin ray, you are in breach of contract. And do not respond with your lies or I will post another review of your dishonest business practices on another site. Whatever you say is a bunch of lies. NOTE: The dishwasher cabinet is uneven. The dishwasher is slanted, and the side of it is not square. It is angled so it looks very unprofessional. The spice drawer does not have the sliding drawer that I had. It is just a sad board way in the back. To put my spices there is difficult cause it is waaay in the back. USELESS just like ray's renovations. PICTURES coming soon! STAY TUNED! (He claims the kitchen was not standard, but if he cannt work with something outside his comfort zone, mayne it is time he got out o the business. Anyway, Servpro did not put in the Soffit, it was another company that messed it up, not Servpro. Mr. ray needs to check the accuracy of his claims. I knew it, a lot of half truths by Mr. ray came this way. He claims he waived the "fee", nice guy, hmm. Also he needs to hire someone who is more experienced.
