Thank you to Michael Elmer for the excellent customer service. I stopped in to order additional flooring for a second bedroom only to discover the product had recently been discontinued. This was extremely important to me since I wanted the bedrooms to have the same hardwood. Michael spent a substantial amount of time with me locating the material from two different warehouses, confirming it was in stock & having it shipped to Boynton. He was patient and kind during the entire process. He truly saved the day from what could have been a very unpleasant situation. Great job! read more

UPDATE: Spoke to the National Director of customer Care and he's making it right. Thank you God for honest people! *********** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! THEY DONT CARE HOW LONG YOU WAIT AND DONT KEEP THEIR WORD! I placed my order in July. I was told it would arrive on August 20th. Nothing arrived in August. Then I was told it would arrive on September 1st. Nothing arrived on September 1st. Then I was told they actually don't have the material at all for my special order. I was very confused because that means all this time, I was being lied to. Solesley said I would be issued a FULL REFUND. I had her make a note of it (see attached) and print my FULL ORDER TOTAL for me along with the note in the System that I'd be getting a full refund. I was then told they don't have an arrival date for me. I never heard of that before. So basically it arrives when it arrives???? After telling them I really need a date, they said November 15. Nothing arrived on November 15th. They told me to keep waiting. I called on November 22nd and they said my order was finalized and would ship in a few days. It arrived last night. I go to pick up my order today and now Solesley and management says I am only receiving a partial $300-$500 refund for the molding. My evidence clearly states FULL REFUND. I've attached a photo. This is insane. I waited 5 months In total!!!! I got my proof in writing for a refund. This is clearly not a company who stands by their word. You have to go by the notes and what was told to the customer. Where is the integrity???? I have made other orders with this store. I would have loved everything to go smoothly and not end up here but I was inconvenienced and promised all of my money back. Someone please make this right. And even if it wasn't in writing, They shouldn't hesitate to provide me a full refund! I should receive a full refund anyway after waiting nearly half a year! The holidays are here and my house is not ready despite me ordering wayyyyyyy ahead of time!! But now they want to play semantics and go back on their word. When I was told I was getting a full order refund, I asked the employee to specify how much my full order was and she did. Then I asked her to print it out and she did! I have it in writing along with the total amount of my order. Play back the cameras to See it on camera. I would never lie! I've ordered my kitchen tile and floors for my all my rooms from them. Floor and decor have a huge selection and I found a tile I love but the reason I wrote this review was to mention a wonderful salesman N.Y Mike. He helped me from the moment I asked for help to putting the boxes in the car. He was a unique salesman for these times. I was so relieved that I didn't have to struggle with the whole process. We had a great experience with Sharon Bunn. We didn't know what to get exactly for our bathroom shower and she helped us every step of the way. We picked the wall, shower and bath floor tile and the color of the grout. She helped us pick the design that compliments each either. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. I love the store but, as far as their delivery service goes. Not so much. For $135 to deliver 2 butcher block counters you would expect a call saying hey we're running a couple hours late of the 5 hour window we gave you. Call Eagle delivery service (the delivery vendor) hit 3 to inquire about a delivery. Phone is answered and then hung up. Repeat this same thing twice. Then I call and hit one and someone miraculously answered. We're loading up now and should be there in 30 minutes. So it's been a hour and a half. Still no call saying anything about the delivery. After 2 hours they show up and I finally get my counters. After having to juggle picking up family members because of this fiasco. I understand that things happen but, common courtesy and communication go a long way. Won't be using their delivery service again read more

I was at this store and this is a FACTUAL review Walked in to the Boynton Beach store and had a hard time getting anyone to wait on me. When someone finally did he was bored and not knowledgeable. On top of that, with a big 'ALL CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR A MASK' sign on the door, too many employees and customers were not wearing masks or not wearing them so they covered their noses. This is to commend Alondra who worked with us when we came into the store about a week ago. Alondra was very knowledgeable, very professional and very patient. She walked us through almost the entire store, answered every one of our many questions thoroughly and never gave us the impression that she had something else to do. They have excellent product & very competitive prices but they HAVE to get their act together at pick up out back! I won't bite you with the tiresome details but I waited over 1 hour in Tuesday picking up 2 big orders that should have been ready Monday afternoon. We have been using this store for several years now. We have seen the challenges associated with scheduling the Design Services personnel to provide estimates to keep our projects moving forward. Nubia Chavarriaga has stood out as someone who went above and beyond to provide us with the templates and estimates we needed. Recently when we wanted quartz countertops that were not available in the store, she sent us to the wholesaler, dlatile, to secure an estimate. When they didn't get back to us in a timely manner, she stayed on the case and eventually called us at home on her off day to make sure we had the information we needed. We really appreciate that level of support ... it has not been our experience in Southern Florida. People are quick to complain about poor service, so we think it's important to acknowledge great service. Thank you, Nubia! read more

I purchased several hundred square feet of different style tiles there yesterday. The Boynton Beach store had a much larger selection of tiles than any of the local the big box home improvement stores, with prices as low as or better than they offer. The "downside," is that the product return policy extends only 90 days, compared to 6 months for HD - something to consider when timing your purchase to coincide with installation. A couple of associates asked if I needed assistance as I was browsing. Once I made my selections, an associate promptly assisted with the purchase from the retrieval of the product, through the checkout process to loading my vehicle. A very heavy load for my larger SUV. One of the items selected was not available in the quantity needed, and based on the Yelp comments offered here, I decided not to try to order more from other stores or from their supplier - a decision that the associate seemed to confirm was a good one. I chose a different tile instead. I didn't want to start my project without having the entire supply in-hand before beginning the work. Another item I purchased had to be moved from an upper shelf, and the associate said that would take an hour "or so" to retrieve. I decided to pay for the full order, and to return after a nearby lunch. Returning two hours later, I was told the missing item was still not ready. I was asked to wait another 1-1/2 hours, but told them that I would return the following morning. After leaving the store, I noticed that my pick-up slip listed the wrong item to be retrieved. Not wanting to have a problem the next day, I immediately called the store, requesting to have the associate who assisted me (Shaneika - sp?) call me back to resolve this concern. To her credit, Shaneika called me back a short time later, and then she emailed a revised pickup slip to me. Shaneika is an excellent example of a devoted and responsible employee, and helped improve my store experience. Still, the fulfillment aspect of their store operations really needs improvement. read more

Great selection, found prices equal to Home Depot and Loews. Self serv, when I asked for help twice they said I don't know and kept walking. When I found the tile I liked couldn't find anyone to help me load it into my cart. Finally I found a guy named Mike good old Southern boy , not only did he help me load onto my cart he pushed the cart to the register then to my car. Gave me some good advise on what to do . Other than him staff was not nice or helpful. Had to return several times and unfortunately Mike was not around and had to figure it out myself with no help. Employee favorite answer to every question " I DON'T KNOW" or "GO ASK THE CASHIER" who calls the same guy that doesn't know anything. Good place for contractors not do it your self clients. Women unless you can lift 100lbs take someone with you. No gentlemen to assist. read more

This place is absolutely the only place you'll ever need to go for flooring. Their tile and wood selections are the largest I've ever seen. It's basically a Costco of flooring and the best part is their prices are just incredible. Everything is there for you. It's overwhelming because it literally is the size of a Costco but it's very spacious with thousands of displays. The best part is you see the tile and can take it home with you that day. No waiting for shipments or cross-town warehouse. They are a warehouse and everything you see there is stored on-site. Their Pompano location has been around for years but the Boynton is newer and if its closer, I'd make the this your go-to place for any flooring needs. This place is to general contractors what the King of Diamonds is to drunk athletes and rappers. read more

What good is a pro desk? When you call to place an order and they tell you I can't take this over the phone. We are a really busy contractor and I don't have time to pull 30 bags of thin set and grout. I need to order and have ready so I don't have look for an employee to help me. I take my business elsewhere so I don't have load my own order in the store. When you order online it's never ready when you go. :( read more

I cannot believe this place They have a tremendous amount of tile and floor products but something is seriously wrong with management I have never been there where I have not waited in line for thirty minutes. Every transaction seems be be confusing to the cashiers and no matter how long a line the managers really could care less. On my last visit I walked out, then only because I had to return something I went back. The guy behind me in line was cursing and so mad I thought his head was going to explode. I'm done with them I'll spend more for good service and for a place that values its customers, I wish Publix sold tile. read more

Mixed review based on your needs. I bought tile that was in stock here for my first bathroom and it is pretty affordable compared to boutique type tile stores. On second bathroom, I had to order more tile since they were out of stock. The estimated arrival date was completely inaccurate and no one could really help me until I had a break down and kept calling their manager every day. I even emailed the store manager who never responded. Anyway - lesson learned - I don't think I would ever recommend anyone ordering tile here as I didn't get my order for a month and it screwed up my job as the installer expected it early - the set back set my project back. Additionally, out of the five types of tile I have bought from there, my installer complained incessantly about the quality of two types. It kept breaking and chipping when he cut it, so I had to go get more which cost me. Out of the two boxes I bought for the overage needed, 2 of 8 pieces in the sealed box were even broken - and when I went back for more they had little left and it was from another lot so it didn't quite match. Long story short - you can get a good price if you find something you like, but be prepared for breakage, returns and delays if ordering extra. Worked with Gina Pyle the in house decorator. She was professional. She was patient and saw us through designing 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. She also helped us with quartz counters and our wood flooring. It is overwhelming initially as there are a lot of tiles to choose from, especially the accent ones, other ones are grouped by size. Best bet is to schedule a free 1 hr consultation with a designer, I worked with Sharon and she was great. I started with a stone accent for my shower and we worked around that, picking out possibilities and then I took some samples home and finalized what I wanted. Prices reasonable as well compared to smaller tile places with less of a selection. read more

Floor and Decore has a great variety of tiles and other flooring merchandise I have shopped here many times. One piece of advice when you purchase a product take it from the store do not wait for them to load you up. Each time I've waited to get loaded up took over two hours. Difficult to find the entry.. no signage.. came into the store .. very hard to find someone to give help.. finally someone came to assist.. chose a tile but it was discontinued (so why is it being shone at all???).
