I purchased tile for four bathrooms and 2,000 square feet of floor tile for a duplex I am building. There were seven pellets of merchandise. Lee helped me find everything I needed. Dominic from Pro Services closed the deal. I needed the supplies that same day and she and so many employees helped pick, pack and load all the merchandise. Jerry, Bea (manager), Jake, Jim (store manage), Izaiah, Oscar and Laura all helped. What a team! They made it happen. Excellent customer service by Erica Lopez design supervisor. She answered every question with accurate information and great feedback . Within 5 minutes she got us a cart full of material and ready to check out. Will, cashier was able to pull up our order just by looking at our cart.
