We also needed to have one empty bedroom carpeted. They came out the two days after I talked to them and a team of two completed both tasks under 2 1/2 hours. A couple hours after they cleaned up and we're gone a representative from the company arrived to inspect the work . Seriously???? To me this was the absolute best example of customer care I've witnessed in a long time! I'm certain it also prevents the company from having to make unnecessary service calls .
