Jairo was easy to get in touch with and arrived early for the repairs. He showed a lot of care in his work and he made sure I was satisfied with the repair before packing up for the day. Both carpet repaired areas look brand new now and match my other carpet areas again. I had put off getting this fix for years because I was worried about price but these fixes definitely had higher than expected value. I no longer have to step over carpet bulges and my door shuts better. We decided to support a family business by choosing Emanuel's & we're so glad we did. They did a great job pulling up and removing the old carpet, cleaning, installing the new carpet, then cleaning up after themselves, and leaving the remaining scraps of carpet from the order. The address listed for this business is an apartment which I believe is illegal to run a business from a residence. I'm assuming they are dodging tax by not providing me a receipt. I really need this receipt as we sold our home and need to provide to the new buyer. I have a couple of stars because they did a pretty good job. I will report them to the BBB for not providing an invoice as well as running a business from a residence. Also I thought they charged a bit high for the amount of work that they did. I would definitely get an estimate and shop around before using them in the future, especially if you need warranty or an invoice.

They started installing tile in the shower when you could see the waterproofing was missing in a 24" x10" area. They were paid over $70,000 and the supplies were not ordered. They did not pay their subcontractor even though the Salgados were paid in full for subcontractor's work. These are awful people. I think the other reviews are probably not from real clients.
