Blake showed up right on time and was very friendly and polite. I am a tool guy so I had to nose around his van and eye ball what he had. The equipment that he used was immaculate and neatly stored away which told me from the get go that he cares about what he is doing and the services that he offers. (In my profession how someone take care of their tools and equipment says a lot about the person using them. Which at the end of the carpet cleaning only reaffirmed what I had thought when I was looking in his van.) As Blake was unrolling his hoses and setting up I was inquiring about the processes that he uses and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. Once Blake fired up his carpet cleaner he got down to the business at hand. He made our four year old carpet that I have only ran a vacuum across once or twice a week look like new carpet was just installed.
