We contacted Floor Works to pressure wash my mom's house in the South Bay to prepare it for sale. Lily was very easy and pleasant to deal with, helpful and informative, and a good communicator. John did a first-rate job in thoroughly cleaning the outside of the house. Care had to be taken due to a risk of water intrusion in a few spots (it's an older manufactured home), and John was very conscientious and methodical in his work. I had Jon out today to power wash all the concrete around my house, including the retaining wall. He showed up on time was very professional and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of green on my concrete and retaining wall from a very wet winter, he managed to get nearly all of it off. he worked fast and accurate. I used this company and they were fantastic. I needed it done fast due to a fire that rained possible toxins onto our house and they came out and were as easy as can be. John was the tech and super nice and worked hard to went the extra mile. Lily was the sales rep or owner and very easy to work with. Prices were competitive but I wasn't looking for a low ball offer. Best Pressure washing ever! 100% recommend John, he went above and beyond to fully pressure wash my 2700 sq ft home exterior and floors. My house was built in 1992 and having 26 Palm Trees surrounding the entire property my home was in desperate need of a makeover. Having landscaping, rain, and wind, comes dirty black and green walls throughout the years, not too mentioned the floors. I was getting ready to list home and know it needed a good stucco painting job, but the quotes were 10k.
