Six months ago, we bought LVP flooring from this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since. The flooring began breaking in several places within a few months of installation. When the installation started we discovered just how poor the quality was. The floor was so brittle that the connection parts snapped off during installation, and many of the pieces were warped. This is not the kind of durability or quality you would expect, especially for something that's supposed to last for years. What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability from the company. Instead of acknowledging that the product was defective, they immediately blamed the installation and our home's foundation being unleveled. This is unacceptable. A reputable company would take some responsibility and work with the customer to make things right, but Home Floor Decor Flooring Design clearly isn't interested in standing behind the products they sell. When we approached them about this, they admitted to not quality checking the product in the boxes before selling it to us. Avoid this company at all costs. The poor quality of their flooring and their unwillingness to take any responsibility for the issues speak volumes about how little they care about their customers. We spent almost 4K on this flooring, that they said was "first quality" and now we're left to deal with it.
