Got to talking about plans for the door hole patch on the east side and the need to paint and fix more things - Kris mentioned he had crews able to do all the work needed. The price he quoted was as good as the roof & gutters cost. Again the crews did beautiful work putting up the hardy board siding to cover the patch - painting and installing beautiful aluminum soffit and fascia. I can't pick my jaw up of the ground. MQ came out on a Sunday (!) to give us a bid. We scheduled the installation for a couple of weeks out (waiting for some money to come in). When the money came in early we asked if they could possibly come sooner. They were booked but said if they could work us in they would. Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual. If you could see me tomorrow at any time, I'd appreciate it." Very disappointing when hoping to hire someone to help with some electrical work.
