In addition, (and most impressive), they installed hardwood stairs and landings and were able to match the stain to the vinyl floors perfectly! It all came out better than I ever expected. The job was done as promised and on time and the whole team was friendly and efficient at ensuring we were happy. George was amazing at helping with product selection. Joyce's level of communication and friendliness was top notch. Last but definitely not least, Marcus was incredible working on site each day making sure everything was perfect. They don't genuinely sell carpet runners per se; They sell carpet remnants of various styles, patterns and colors and they will cut and bind them for you at the size you want, so depending on what you're looking for, they can definitely fit the bill and do the job. Their customer service is excellent, and their attention to detail is impeccable. At no charge, they replaced my defective cabinet door within ten minutes after I pointed out its misaligned handle to an Atlanta West contractor who happened to be in my building. At no charge, Atlanta West cheerfully re-installed the tilt wand on my blinds, thus eliminating the need for me to buy a ladder tall enough to reach the tilt wand hook. At no charge, an Atlanta West contractor even assembled my new Ikea desk in five minutes, because I needed to borrow a power drill when my tabletop failed to come with pre-drilled holes for its matching table legs. I was not charged for these repairs, because all of them, except for the Ikea desk, were covered by the warranty. Atlanta West contractors are always professional, cheerful, and amazingly helpful! Hands down, my favorite handymen.
