After a very failed attempt by Yourfloor.net to fix our staircase our stairs were left in a very unsafe condition. William removed the incorrectly, unsafe, semi-stairs then proceeded to reinstall them followed by the handrails and balusters correctly. Everything he does looks effortless because his knowledge of stairs is immense. His workflow is very good. William is equally as knowledgeable about stain and paint. The way he paints everything is nothing short of perfect. William is a perfectionist and it was a great pleasure to have him do our stairs. He is also trustworthy, polite and super neat. We are still amazed each day when we look at our stairs. We never thought we would have the beautiful staircase that we do now! If you think this sounds to good to be true you are wrong. This is based on our actual experience. William is a REAL stair builder and the real deal. Thank you William and Southeastern Stair Company for doing the best work we have had done at our house since we moved to Georgia!! Ron and Debbie Cilenti

If I could give zero stars I would. Alberto and I talked over the phone. I am 66. The house with…read morethe problem is my daughters house. He told me his guy had been out there and they needed a deposit for "supplies" I paid the $470. Within a day he told me they would have to rip off all old shingles and repair underneath and re-shingle. Asked for another $350 to complete the job. Then told me it was finished. IN communication with my daughter I am told a guy came out, climbed the roof and then sat in his truck for over an hour. I went over and viewed camera footage. He climbed the rood but never took a single shingle up there. There were no torn shingles thrown down. Basically nothing was done. I demanded a refund. It took me over a month and lots of pressure (BBB) for Alberto to give me a partial refund. He said his "guy" came clean and admitted to not doing anything. So why a partial refund?

They said they would have it fixed within a week, sending a guy from another job site to fix it. Never came. April...no show. May...came and pulled the busted siding and left. June....no show. July....put one piece on and left....August 3...someone randomly is on our roof as we speak. FINALLY!!!! But let's see what actually gets done before he just leaves. Watch, still, it not be finished. The only reason my husband does not do it himself, is bc of how high it is and we don't have the protection tools in case of fall. We tried to be understanding, bc other ppl truly have their homes in worse shape than us from that storm. And understand that they really do need more work than what we do. Some ppl literally lost their place to live! And we know they need more help than us. But the worst part for me as a mother is this... COMMUNICATION bt the customer and the company SUCKS!!!!!! No communication once so ever! I am home alone with my two babies and I walk around a corner to a man on a ladder by the bedroom window! As a mother...hell no. Not ok. Call my husband. He had no clue anything about it. But this is how it was in July. And may. Maybe two messages was sent in any kind of communication since March. Oh...and one of those messages was about payment. Like....huh...we're not paying for a job (in cash check btw) that's not even done! Especially with the lack of communication and us not even knowing when they come next or if they will come back at all. The man who showed up though is very nice though. Whoever he is. Never again!
