Craig had to come out several times himself to redo the flooring because it kept moving whereas large gaps between joints would develop, mind you, this was just the first year! We had the entire flooring in the house replaced with rugs, laminate and hardwood; this was the point where we found out out that most of his flooring work is subbed out to other contractors where he has no control over quality.
