Extremely poor workmanship and unprofessional service. I hired Sir Grout to fix 5-6 moving tiles and re-grout the floor. Before taking the contract, they sent their team to inspect the floor, assess the condition, and determine what work needed to be done. Based on that inspection, they recommended the work and provided a quote. I therefore expected the job to be done professionally and properly. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. Their sales team is rude and dont lift calls after you give them contract. The work appeared rushed and taken shorcuts, and they did not seem willing to listen to feedback or address concerns during the process. Very next day, the new grout started cracking and coming out, and the tiles they supposedly repaired are already moving more then what they were. The floor now looks worse than it did before they started. The worst part was their response after I reported the problems. Management was not willing to come back and physically inspect the work or see the issues firsthand. Instead, they blamed the pre-existing condition of the subfloor and there all imagaination. If the subfloor was truly a concern, that should have been properly identified and communicated before accepting the job--especially since their team had specifically inspected the floor before providing the quote. Rather than taking the time to understand the problem and stand behind their work, they essentially dismissed my concerns without properly investigating the failure. My biggest concerns were the rushed workmanship, lack of responsiveness to customer feedback, and, most importantly, their refusal to come back and inspect the failed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sir Grout. Always the high price does not translate into quality workmanship or professional customer service. read more

Ray came to regrout, clean and re-color several areas in my home. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and told me what was worth doing and what wasn't going to make a real difference. He took his time and did a great job. I am very happy with how much better and cleaner it all looks. Ray is also super friendly and personable and was so nice to our dog! read more

Sir Grout is a very dishonest company and Patrick Torre should be fired! He came to my house and claimed my floor would be cleaned along with the grout when the tech arrived he was alone and seemed a little overwhelmed his name was Ray he was very nice he started cleaning the floor he called me into the kitchen about 40 minutes later to tell me this was the best he could do I told him it was not acceptable he wanted to paint my grout and seal it I replied that I would not seal the dirt in the tile and grout I asked for the cleaning solution and brush and started to clean it myself the stains came out he claimed he could not spend that much time cleaning the tile I requested he call his boss and he told me to call Patrick which I did he was extremely rude and told me he never promised the floor would be 100 percent and then hung up on me.Ray was willing to stay and clean the floor but they made him leave. Patrick told me my 1000 deposit would be kept as a cancellation fee. Ray was kind enough to leave me a brush I went to Home Depot and bought tile and grout cleaner my floor and grout are spotless it looks brand new I have pictures to support this . I called the main office they sent me back 850 dollars and kept 150 because I cancelled when in reality they left the job I feel they should refund the entire amount being they could not do the job they promised I would NEVER use this company again read more

I found this company on instagram, filled out a form and got a call fairly quickly and scheduled the appt in a few days . Patrick Torre the General Manager showed up at my house , I showed him everything that I wanted done . He took pictures , made some phone calls and assured me that the floor in the master bath as well as the tile in my kitchen and hallway will look like new before his guys leave my home. We discussed a price and I gave him a deposit . The appointment was scheduled for 8/16/25 at 8:00 am and I was told that a crew will need 5/6 hours to complete the job . a few days before my scheduled appointment I received a text message rescheduling my appointment to 9:30 am which was fine . I was surprised that only one tech arrived . The tech whose name is Stephan was very nice and apologetic for not being able to do the job as the color of my tile in the bathroom as well as on the first floor is blue and he needed to be advised to premix it in advance of the appointment. Needless to say I was upset no one was available to talk to me , after leaving alot of messages I got a call from Kenny almost 3 days later who told me that my deposit was going to be dropped off in my mailbox tomorrow morning as well as Sirgrout is not going to be doing business with me as he got the story from everyone I harassed ! LOL Really Wow I have never been treated this horribly in my life . I did not rate them until I had an opportunity to speak to someone in charge ! Unfortunately no one is in charge ! Ray is great! Second time he did my ceramic floors. He's very precise and obviously takes pride in his work and an all around wonderful person. If there was a negative comment, and not about him, the high end finish that was put on is too shiny. I like the natural look better. read more

They performed color grout sealing and repair of our kitchen floor as well as our bathroom floor and wall tile of our shower. Ramon was our service tech. He was very courteous and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the way things turned out. The kitchen and the bathroom look great! I had a job done by sir grout on july6 th,2021 the girl on the phone was very polite and the guy who did the job was very nice ,however many of my shower floor tiles were chipped in the process of preparing for the epoxy grout. They came back and tried to touch the tiles up with grout paint which left smear marks all over the floor. I was told this would wash off after a shower. Well after almost a month of showers and scrubbing the tiles the have not come off. I have called several times to have someone contact me to try and resolve the problem and no one has contacted me so I am very unhappy about this. read more

Had a marble counter restored by them. Agreed to an estimate by a rep who came out, explained the entire process and said it was a full day job. Thought the estimate was high but for 6-7 hrs of work, I agreed and signed the contract. Tech arrived for the job a few wks later and immediately said he would be done by lunch. Under 3.5 hours he was out the door. Left damage to painted walls from the tape (you must sign an agreement that you won't hold them responsible for this). Also pieces of existing grout came out. Totally scammed by this company. Initially pleased with the results on the counter but now have same issue with marks and needs to be addressed again (will be a DIY job this time). Filled out their survey/review 3x and get auto response saying someone will contact me but 3 mos later still nothing. They really want your 5 star review though. I worked at sir grout for years . I new owner took over early 2022. I managed to rip people off and work after hours to fix the new guys f ups and make customers happy. This franchise was professional but since the new owner took over, he had no interest care about the techs and only cares about production. I would never recommend to anyone. My position was terminated after the new owner wanted me to meet him the morning. He told me I couldn't sell and lowered my pay to be a tech in which I agreed. He told me he didn't expect me to say yes to offer. He was willing to leave me walking 60 miles home after giving a new guy with no experience with sirgrout my job right there and then. Practically two weeks after they came to my house, I have not received an estimate, so I'm left to assume they have no interest in my business.
