Lorenzo came out within 24 hours and unclogged the vent hole in the interior back wall of the freezer. It has worked great since then. 2 weeks ago, my 25 year old (or older!) water heater went out. The team came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it efficiently. It' seems to be working well again, which is such a relief. I don't have a lot of experience with appliance repair, so I can't say for certain how the cost compares to market rates, but it seemed reasonable for the work done.
