Lorenzo came out within 24 hours and unclogged the vent hole in the interior back wall of the freezer. It has worked great since then. 2 weeks ago, my 25 year old (or older!) water heater went out. I'm sure that's not always the case but i was very impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Before they left they let me know they were also licensed electricians. I wasn't sure when I would ever need an electrician but it turns out I did today! When we called he let us know that he wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow morning but walked us through a couple things to check. Turns out with their help my husband was able to fix it! They wouldn't accept any form of payment for the advice even though most places wouldn't even guide you through anything if it meant they might not make money. I really appreciate this locally owned and operated company and will continue calling them for all my needs.

Called them first thing in the morning to come check out my dishwasher which wasn't draining well…read more Lucikly Same day service was available, off course I had to wait 4-5 hrs for tech to come out. Technician was really professional and knew what he was doing bc I had done everything he was doing the night before to fix the dishwasher on my own and had failed lol. I was too Nervous to mess with the drainage pipe myself as I had expected that issue could be there. He found the problem in the drainage pipe as well. He didn't leave till he tested the dishwasher few time. It was up and running. Charger $115. I will call them again plus they were local to me as I reside in Ripon as well.

Today i went to this so called business, to buy a used Gas Stove…read more 1 i found a used stove i like, so i started turning gas knobs on, one broke off. He said it must of been broken by someone. He can fix right away. So i goto another stove that looks good. Now a gas knob is frozen. He rudely says " dont touch anymore knobs, i dont want you breaking anymore knobs" Wow what a rude business owner. I also own a business, and would never talk to a prospective customer like that. So i told him, i will take my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . ! I ended up going to Direct Appliance, i bought an open box stove , brand new What a deal, and great service.
