This place is awesome. We live locally and have tried downtown (Embarc) and down the street (Airfield), but this one is my favorite. The people, even security, are always super friendly and helpful. They have great prices (better than other local dispensaries) and especially hooked me up with some great deals for 420 plus I got a swag bag! My husband loves prerolls because he likes variety so I usually just pop in when I can and grab him a bunch. Place is cute and clean, great selection too. Plenty of parking, never packed with people. Online ordering is convenient, they have drive-up parking to be delivered to you outside but I usually run inside. I like convenience and to get in and out of somewhere and Flor checks the boxes for me! =) We use to drive over to Cookies in Hayward because they would have good deals but parking sucks and the lines are long. Went here with a friend who was looking for a cart and they had a big selection on various items. And as someone who has never smoked or had edibles, looking for something to help me for better sleep, all the staff were definitely very helpful and informative. They look for your ID before entering and the place is situated on the side of the road with ample parking. Chris and Yousef were so great in helping us get the things we needed. Voided it and then tried running it again a few times causing my card to get flagged for fraud. First time going to this location, been to the one in Union City a couple times & i gotta say this store is way cooler. Very futuristic in the fact that each of the products on the shelves has a stand that it's glued to, & with that stand you can stand it on a platform & there's a screen that pulls up all the information that you could need on that product! i've never seen anything like it so that was definitely the highlight of the place. I also received a free gift item for my first time to that location which was also pretty cool. The secure guard out front was extremely friendly & even the cashier was friendly. Cash only as any other dispensary is, but ATM in store for your convenience. The ONLY thing that wasn't pleasant was that there was only 1 available person on the floor so when i first walked in he saw me, but continued helping the customer he was helping. & the guy had a lot of questions so i was waiting for almost 15 minutes because i had a question of my own on a product that i was looking to purchase. & i get it, people have questions on what they want. But It would be nice to have another person there to help me out or at at the very least, for the worker to acknowledge me in anyway & tell me that he will be with me after he was finished. So I tired this place for the first time about 2 weeks ago. And it was not what I was expecting. To start off it's cash only. Thank goodness for the first time gift because I bought a vape pen and well it started leaking and got clogged about a week after. And let's be honest going back to the shop would obviously not do any good . The pen was about $35-$40 because it was on "sale" oh and a simple lighter cost $3-$4. Never again. read more

Hands down customer service and personality! This was my first time coming in , but have known about this place since they opened. My reason for coming today was to find some CBD gummies for my sister as she has a hard time sleeping . I had called this morning and Cassie assisted me, but I thought her name was Kathy . So when I arrived she directed me to who I thought was Kathy in the floor to assist me . I took her suggestion, paid and left . Got home and realized I had one wrong bag . I had called and explained I got one wrong bag of goods , they just told me to come back and make an exchange . So thankful because most places I think would have said sale final blah. Hoping these will work for my sister , but either way they have my business. So the person who helped me on the floor was someone else but I was like huh apparently Cassie whom I thought was Kathy told her my situation. It was funny . The place is bright, clean, good selection, and the staff is so lovely and helpful! Unfortunately, when I opened my CBD oil and looked at the "Best By" date, it was 3 months away. So if I don't utilize the entire bottle, will it go bad in 4 months?! I paid $65 for it, not cheap... I would like it to last more than 3 months. Called them- nice person on phone but manager said I am stuck with it, they won't even exchange for another bottle. This is not a good business practice. They clame they will give you a new cart if some type of manufacturer error happens to yours. For the first time in 3-4 years I had this problem and I came in. The girl at the counter stated that the cart was empty and that's why it wasn't hitting, I understand my cart was low but that doesn't mean empty or dry. Not friendly, and the other guy with glasses just followed as she said considering he didn't see any cloud when we blew threw it. Not even a coil taste or anything. Had to buy a new one, that's no problem. BUT STOP SAYING YOU'LL REPLACE IT IF YOU'LL LOOK FOR ANYTHING TO TRY TO WORK YOUR AWAY ROUND REPLACING IT. A bad experience just because you can't own up to your own policies, if it's a low cart state that you won't replace it and stop making excuses to your own policies. Service is great, last time I pulled up I went through my order in front of the store, security guard proceeded to let me know not to open products on property which was fine. Proceeded to go over the prices on box n receipt but security guard kept repeating not to open it when I clearly told him I wasn't. Hostel energy and overall he was a buster.
