This shop sells counterfeit puff bars. You can check for yourself. The box they sell has a sticker on the back with a code on it which allows you to verify if the vape is real or not, BUT the website provided on the sticker is fraudulent. If you go to the actual real websites for verifying puff bars, it told me that this vape was fraudulent. You should check this for yourself if you purchase their products. Also, the vape itself looks very similar to the real thing, but does not have the KADO logo on it. I also noticed that the light on the bottom of the vape glowed in a white color instead of a blue color. These are all dead giveaways. I'm familiar with the real puff bar plus, and I can tell the vape hit differently, had a slightly different taste and feel, didn't contain the same amount of nicotine, and didn't produce the same amount of smoke upon exhale. For a day, I used the "puff bar plus" which they sold me and I developed a foul taste in my mouth. My mouth, throat, and lungs felt very irritated and possibly inflamed. Later on, I began to feel sick, which lasted a long time. This never happens to me with a real puff bar of any kind. If you read the negative reviews of this business, the store owner replies defensively to complaints and puts the reviewers down. If you owned a vape store and actually cared about your customers (or your reputation), you would go to great lengths to verify if the products you were selling were authentic or not BEFORE selling them, and you would read the negative reviews of your store as constructive criticism and take the contents of the complaints into consideration regarding how to provide a better service and raise your reputation. This store owner does not care if he damages your health, he is only looking to turn a profit. This is probably because, if you drive by his shop, you will notice that there are almost never any customers inside and the employees are on their phones. Maybe if they actually implemented proper business practices they would get more customers. Instead they drive people away with their shady business practices, their bad attitude, and their lack of concern for their customers. I will never return to this store and I will be telling everyone I know never to go to this store. They will keep losing customers until they change their ways and start to care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are tons of other great vape shops nearby, this is just simply not one of them. read more

Steve was amazing, a few weeks back I bought a Smok RPM lite from these guys, through no fault of their own the device broke. I called them up and asked if there was any chance at repair. Steve said come on in lets see what we can do. After taking a look at it he stated that unfortunately the device was shot but he was more than willing to make an exchange for a similar product. Offered me plenty of exchanges for different products but in the end I went with a new pack of coils and juice for the mod that was in my car. Pretty much the price of the RPM device itself. I'm making this post as a warning to all potential buyers. Last night I bought the Wismec Reuleaux Rxgen 3 for $109. I was looking up reviews of the mod to see how other people liked the mod. The mod ranges from $50 to as high as $70. I understand that online prices will always be lower than in a store, since a store must pay rent, electricity, wages, taxes, etc. But a $40-$60 dollar mark up, before tax is just outrageous. If you plan on buying here, just understand you will be paying an extremely high markup for the convenience. read more

Amazing flavor selection, open space, and good people. I've been here a few times since my usual store (a hole in the wall by size comparison) was out of my favorite liquid. They had my favorite in the strength I wanted and did on the two subsequent visits. Adam usually helps me on Saturdays and he's quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. On my second visit, an older couple was being helped by Adam who was explaining all the details of a Kanger subtank mini kit they received as a gift from a family member. They didn't even purchase the device from the Vapor Bar, but he still stepped them through the assembly and operation, juice varieties, and tips. I also have a second device I use for "experimenting" flavors. On my visit a week ago, the shop owner (damn - forgot his name) suggested a house favorite "Daze Selfie Sunday" based on my preferences with other flavors. It's been 4 months I've been going there and in that time I've been checking out other vape places and THERE IS NO COMPARISON The Vapor Bar is the best one around. Koko and Steve are so helpful. You walk in this place and you feel like you at home. Nice lounge area great selection of juices and mods. The juice bar well let me say this you can sit there for hours to try there juices. If you drip they have no problem letting drip to try there juices that's a big plus in my book. I went to this store and was utterly dismayed by the treatment I received from one of the employees here named Alex. Alex was so disrespectful and rude and referred to a conversation or exchange we had two weeks ago. He refused to provide service and shared that he was refusing service to me, stating my apologies were not sincere enough. I'm surprised that these guys don't have more reviews. They have great prices and lots of juices to pick from, as well as a great selection of Vape hardware and accessories. I use to visit another shop in the area, but their prices were higher and the customer service was horrible. Then I found these guys and have made it my go to shop. I came in a while back and needed to pick up some coils, like I normally do. I was talking to Koko about how my tank needed an O-ring replacement. Mine had busted on an airplane flight overseas. He told me he would replace it with one from one of his demos. I told him that it was ok and if try to find one. Yesterday I come back and pick up some coils and again I see Koko. He remembered me from the last time and told me he hadn't come across the replacement O-rings to offer his customers. He then opened up the demo display case and have me the O-ring. The worst customer service I've ever received at a shop. I walk in and no one says a word to us. The jerk in a fedora finally gets up and said hi. He didn't offer one thing to us and I had to ask for a menu and I was afraid to try anything because he seemed so unhappy. My friend with me who is new to vaping has a tank and he told her to take the drop tip off to use on the mod he set up for her and she said she didn't have one and he said "uh. Yeah you do..." Super rudely. Needless to say it was an okay shop with okay juices and okay mods. But customer service should be your number one priority. One our way out I just said "okay well thanks."
