My Husband ordered a dozen long stemmed yellow roses to be delivered to me for our 30th Anniversary. The roses were delivered. I answered the door in time to see the delivery vehicle leave my driveway. I brought the roses inside promptly and added fresh filtered water to them. Fresh water, wont help disguise or bring old roses back to life. I know, because I am a gardener. These were withered and some had brown spots on them. The next morning, I messaged the florist through her account and attached a couple of close up pictures suggesting she refund the $85.00 my Husband spent. I was accused of 'slander' and she wanted me to call her. My son ordered flowers online thru a vendor that used this place...the order was suppose to arrive Thursday came the following Monday. The arrangement had leaves with big and little holes looked like the flowers were leftovers put together. The owner Sarah called to tell me they didnt get paid but prepared and sent the arrangement..so 3 things 1. lied too, of course she gets paid...2. One of the worst arrangements I've ever encountered. 3. A business that clearly takes zero pride and accountability for their product. For my wedding I hired Flora Designs and even made the drive from Milwaukie to Scappoose due to the recommendation. We did an in person consultation where I showed Sarah my ideas on pinterest. I know pinterest isn't always achievable, but she reassured me she could do a cascading bouquet. On the day of my wedding I was upset to see that my bouquet was barely larger than my bridesmaids and had no cascading effect at all. I had sent a wedding party member to pick up the order so there was nothing I could do by the time it reached me in Estacada so I had to go with it. After I returned to Portland from traveling I decided to make communication with this shop and after a solid 2 weeks of no communication back I wrote another email. After the second email Sarah responded about being out of the studio and instead of meeting my requests she decided to undercut what I asked for as a partial not full refund and only offering in store credit. Why would I do that I don't even live close to the shop nor was I happy with the work she did. She made the excuse of being out of the shop but she should have left someone in charge of replying back or setting an automated response. I felt ignored and that customer service is not their priority. I am writing this to let future brides know that the skill level for a bridal bouquet was not met and I hope that this shop takes into consideration that their refund policy is unfair when they don't deliver the right product. read more
