After giving her a few details, including what types of flowers we wanted, she called me back the same day with a proposal for each of the arrangements, given what I mentioned and what she's created before, as well as a final cost, which was definitely reasonable and turned out to be less than what all the other florists were asking for when we called. She also made different recommendations for the arrangements based on our price range, assuring us that a slightly less expensive option would still be beautiful. We wanted calla lilies, which, after calling multiple other florists, were potentially out of season, but because the family requested them, Nina helped us find some for the arrangements. We had multiple last minute requests too, from adding boutonnières to getting hundreds of extra stems of flowers, to having everything delivered a day earlier, and Nina was extremely accommodating and made all of them happen! After we placed the initial order, Nina finished everything within 5 days, even with these new requests.
