My wife was in Fairfield and I was in Idaho during our 49 anniversary and I was concerned that for such an important anniversary I could not be there to make the floral arrangements face to face but after talking to Annelise I knew I was talking to someone who was competent and cared. She assured me she would text me photos before delivering the arrangement which she did and it was beautiful. My wife was thrilled with it and said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received. Thank you Annelise for creating something so beautiful for my bride of 49 years. She didn't have to speak to us, but did anyway. Definitely bookmarking to come back in the near future. They offer wine and olive oil & balsamic vinegar tastings. They have over 20 flavors of olive oil. That's a lot! Additionally they have a curated line of artisanal and local sourced tapenades, jams, jellies, honey, and gift items. I sampled a few infused olive oils, yum. The interior is beautiful. The vibe is family friendly. The current hours of operation are 12pm-4pm Thurs-Sun.

Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.

I contacted Vior…read moreFloral late in the day (just before 3pm I believe) and inquired about same day delivery, but was initially told it was too late (understandable) and they could deliver early the next morning. The client was going to stay overnight in the hospital anyways so I said no problem and placed the order. I asked Victor to make sure the flowers go directly to the client's room so they don't get misplaced by the front desk/reception. He understood and said they always deliver to the room. Fast forward maybe an hour (possibly even less), and Victor called me to say he was able to get the arrangement out and was at the hospital but the client wasn't there! I called the nurse's station and the client was discharged early. I asked Victor to deliver the flowers to the client's home in Fairfield and he said he could do that the next day. I offered to pay a second delivery fee. The client sent me an email thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. I called Victor back to pay the 2nd delivery fee and he said don't worry about it. He told me what a big smile the client had on her face because she was so happy to receive the flowers. Customer service was outstanding and I would definitely use this florist again!

I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home.
