Was looking for a florist in Taylor to create a custom birthday arrangement for my wife when I came across Taylor'D. I went in on a Tuesday and met the owner, told her what I was generally looking for and shared a picture of a wall that had the color I wanted the flowers to be. My wife is crazy for a particular teal blue. The owner was able to call a supplier who had the color so I paid her in advance and left the details in her hands for a delivery on Friday. She knocked it out of the park. My wife loved the arrangement, huge white roses and carnations intermittently airbrushed with the teal color in a teal vase. It was perfect. My wife said it was the best bunch of flowers she had ever received. Can't recommend Taylor'D enough. Very satisfied. read more

There was an issue with the delivery address and not only did she have a driver attempt to deliver the flowers but she personally drove out to deliver them herself. Same day delivery on a busy day and my wife was very pleased with her birthday bouquet of roses and lilies.

Snobs work here. Walked in, dog immediately starts barking at me in the shop. I guess I should have just had the flowers delivered. My mistake for wanting to spend money in a local shop so I could take the flowers to my mother in person. I couldn't hear the woman who was greeting me because she was behind a loudly barking dog. She asked me my name twice as she frowned at me and sort of acted like I shouldn't be there. She showed me the bouquet and didn't hand it to me directly. She just said OK and waved her hand in front of the bouquet. I was cool with the fact that she didn't make exactly what was advertised because they ran out of those type of flowers, but it just adds up with the insulting way I was sort of whisked out the door. At the end she just asked if I had paid and set the bouquet on the counter. I really wanted to like this place and give it repeat business because it is close to where I live. I'm sorry I ever walked in there. I suppose if you spend a fortune there they will smile and greet you. I myself will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
