Floral Fantasy did a beautiful job helping to create my blue hydrangea with hints of orange, tropical paradise wedding. They were all very nice people! Everyone I saw in the store and everyone I spoke to on the phone were nice, professional and accommodating to my wishes of the day - and those wishes changed over the course of the months of planning. When getting married in paradise, it was my belief that I didn't require too many flowers. Floral Fantasy was willing to do as little, or as much as I wanted. The men who came on the morning of the wedding to set up the floral arch were great too. I watched out the window of my cottage as they brought everything to life! I had two small issues that I feel compelled to post - because after all - this is a comprehensive review. Our wedding theme was "Keys of the Kingdom." I had hand-delivered some skeleton keys a couple of days before the wedding, which I had requested on multiple occasions to be placed on the wreath on the wedding cake....this was not done. The only reason I decided on having the wreath made for the cake, instead of going with another design, was to incorporate a few of the small skeleton keys on the wreath on the cake, to tie into our theme. I was disappointed at this oversight as this was an important detail to me. The second issue was that the mothers' corsages were supposed to be off-white or white, but they were yellow. I'm not sure why that was. I did see another review on here that said the same thing about their white flowers. These two small issues did not take away from the overall beauty of the floral display and I would refer anyone requiring a florist to this business. I emailed and spoke with Brendan several times before finally placing an order for my brother's family, namely my sister-in-law. The arrangement was spectacular. Absolutely WONDERFUL people with BEAUTIFUL flowers & products. We rented the driftwood arbor & adorned it with our fake orchids and it turned out stunning. I also received the bouquet of my dreams, always wanting solid white cascading orchids, along with matching boutonnières for both my husband and our fur baby Bryson. Had my wedding on 10/07 at the Hilton in the keys. I overall am happy that I hired floral fantasy. The centerpieces were beautiful and I added an arrangement for the bar which is was also very pretty. However my bouquet and my maid of honors bouquet were not what we had expected. Anyone knows me know I hate yellow, really really hate yellow. And the white roses were yellow, there were actually no white in the bouquets at all. When the flowers were delivered I thought they had mistakenly given me the wrong flowers. Also, I think maybe because of the humidity the edges of the roses and the rose petals were kind of wilted and brown. I was really disappointed with my bouquet, luckily I had the best photographer in the keys so the flowers look okay in the pictures. read more

I went to floral fantasy because I had a destination wedding in the keys. The woman I met with Debbie who I think was the owner but I'm not sure was rude. I was looking for advice on wedding flowers and she started eating lunch while talking to me! which I felt was unprofessional. I came into the shop excited but left feeling nervous about whether or not I could get a local florist to do my flowers. She was kind of pushy about me using a caterer through Caribbean catering even though my sister in law is a chef so I already had that covered. I felt like after I told her I only needed wedding flowers she didn't want to help anymore it was weird. The overall experience was bad but luckily we found another florist in time for my wedding. But if you are looking for a florist for wedding flowers this is not a good place to go. I hope this saves other brides the trip down there read more
