It just happened that I flew into town today to visit her, 4 days after her birthday, or I never would have known what they sent her. I think because it was an online order and going to a seniors residence supposed 'ACCIDENTS' happen; most people don't ask how much you spent or criticism flowers you sent- especially not seniors. When I called their advertised 24/7 contact number to lodge my complaint the lady who answered kept saying only she was there- as if I was I was out of luck; she said she is the designer and.remembered doing the order, but she sounded confused telling me I had called in the order for my 96 year old mother. When I tried to correct her that I had not spoken with anyone (my order was completely online) she became frustrated. I told her my mother is no longer interested in flowers from them and I have asked for a refund; she all but hung up on me. Supposedly someone else will call me back- we will see; if not I will contact Visa. Bad experience all the way around - beware.
