Very disappointed. Overpriced and VERY RUDE OWNER !!! 1st time prom mom and what a bad experience:-((......I ordered a corsage for my son's prom date one week in advanced. Prom was on the 17th, but I specifically told the gentleman I would be in the during my lunch on the 16th right @1:00.. I received "ok, that's fine". My card was PROCESSED that same day as I placed the order, $43.00!!!!! When I went in on the 16th, my order was not done. They could not find my order slip, when they did, there was no date!!!! While I was there, another customer was waiting as well. Could not find his order. The owner was not apologetic to her customer. Not even a pleasant "if you kindly wait while I am taking care of this customer, I will be right with you" NOTHING!! NO help to her staff, all she could do was sit and ring up another order. Plus, angry at the fact that I was another corsage customer to walk through the door. I guess whoever took those orders screwed them up! I was upset and did let her know (and her customers) that she had no problem running my card a week in advance. In the end, canceled the order and got a refund in cash. Went to stop and shop that night. The young lady was leaving for the day. She stayed for me made a beautiful corsage with roses for $24.00 1/2 of what Lisa charges. read more

About four months ago, we received a plant arrangement from Lisa's Flowers as a sympathy gift. It is a centerpiece in our kitchen, it is in great health, and the four types of houseplants continue to grow and thrive. It is a beautiful and positive sight. Would not recommend this place to anyone.. I had called to order an arrangement made for my mother a few weeks ago. I was explaining to someone over the phone that I would like it to have certain flowers in the arrangement. The person on the phone told me to hold on so I can speak with the owner. As I was speaking to the owner and explaining back and fourth what I wanted, her tone was unimaginable and she was the rudest person I could of ever spoke to. She pretty much told me that what I wanted could not be done and that pretty much set the tone for the whole conversation. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This woman should not be running a business let alone speaking to customers the way she does. I am very happy I took my business elsewhere and was delivered exceptional service as I intended. My boyfriend walked into this shop in January and came home with a surprise bouquet that was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. Lisa herself helped him make an arrangement on the spot with my favorite Lilac colored roses as the main flower. The flowers lasted mor than a week and I loved that the stems of all the flowers were very long which gave me the ability to arrange them in a variety of vases if I chose! I went myself the day before Mother's Day on a whim; when I walked in the staff was not very friendly but as soon as Lisa began helping me, she was friendly, professional and her prices are reasonable!
