I received flowers from my daughter who order from the Internet. Im not real sure how that works but they came from Flower Wonderland. Although very pretty, they did not contain the flowers my daughter paid for on her order. After complaining first with Flower Wonderland who explained the order only said the color of the flowers not the type. A few hours later I got a knock on my door, Flower Wonderland sent me some beautiful roses. They went above and beyond to make an unhappy customer feel great. They will now be our Go To florist. Where do I began, I went to flower wonderland to get my flowers for my wedding. I had pictures of what i wanted done, to the type of flower I wanted down to the colors that went with my theme. When we first meant, I told her I wanted white centerpieces with hints of dusty rose roses, she told me no problem I can do that. Time goes by and I have meant with Nicole a couple of times to go over everything to make sure we where on the same page, everything seems to be okay. It's about a month out from my wedding she contacts me and goes what do you want for flowers again, so I personally met up with her again showing her everything I wanted AGAIN, down to the color and down to the flowers and gave her swatches of colors that we where using. The day before my wedding, my mother goes to her shop to pick up flowers for our cake. When she walks and looks at the flowers (the dusty rose roses she told me she can get) they weren't even roses and they where BRIGHT PINK not dusty rose/ not event blush pink, they where Bright Pink! When my mom said those aren't the right color and not the right flowers she said oh well that was what I could have gotten. On the day before my wedding I had to run around and try and find flowers for my wedding, on top of all the rest of the stress a bride has to deal with. Luckily an amazing friend of mine that owns florals by Kate right in branford helped me out and saved the day, that women is amazing and a life saver! When Nicole from Flower Wonderland came to drop off the flowers at our venue, she was unbelievable rude to staff, she seemed like she could careless about what she was doing. If you are a-bride or someone that wants something specific do not go here, Nicole is rude and can careless about what you want and is only here to take your money. Horrible Customer Service. After not delivering my flower arrangement one of the workers told me "not to get my panties in a bunch" when I called complaining that I had not been credited the amount that I was owed. Branford has many florists, I highly suggest you choose another. read more
