Amazing customer service! I texted the number on the website and the order was created and delivered within 2 hours. And they texted photos of flowers during the process. The arrangement was absolutely stunning! Florango should be your go to desert florist.

This is such a cute store. We are in town for the weekend and I ended up finding so many awesome things including some beautiful candles and gifts! The flowers are beautiful and Karol, the owner, was so sweet and helpful!

Can't thank Karol at Florango enough for all her amazing talent! I asked her to put together 7 Mother's Day arrangements to decorate our table at brunch and for the moms to take home and they were absolutely stunning! She went above and beyond! This place is super cute first of all, and more than just a floral shop. I have a band and we were looking to incorporate flowers with various meanings into a photoshoot for one of our singles. We found Florango while trying to find locations in Palm Springs and the owner Karol was so friendly that we were very quickly talking in detail about what we were trying to accomplish. Long story short, not only did she help procure the flowers we needed and worked with us during the shoot on the arrangements, but she actually helped us research the meanings of flowers and came in ON HER DAY OFF so we could shoot while the shop was closed. Attaching just a few of the beautiful photos we were able to capture here. Love this place. read more

Karol at Florango went beyond my wildest dreams to make the flower arrangements, bouquet and flower decorations for my wedding. She was part of my wedding planning team and helped me select a color palette that I would have never imagined was going to look so pretty and how everything was going to match up with what we wanted. This wedding took place in Miami and the logistics were complicated as the availability of flowers on each site changes locally. The colors can be slightly different too. Her team managed it professionally, sticking to an initially set budget; and at the same time showing her love for flowers just made every piece a piece of art that I forever treasure in my heart. If I could give 10 stars I'd still feel like it's not enough. My daughter and I were looking to make a last minute centerpiece for my grandmothers celebration of life and Florango went above and beyond. They did not have any flowers in our color scheme but offered to make the bouquet if we found some flowers at local stores. Karol did just that. We brought her some simple clusters and she made, not 1, but 3 gorgeous centerpieces that made our night extra special. It was mesmerizing watching her create the bouquets and she shared stories about her own grandmother. The experience meant more to us than just picking up a simple pre made bouquet and it is a beautiful memory my daughter and I will have for years to come. read more

Something similar to the Northridge or even Burbank mall when I first walked in. There's plenty of parking and a covered structure which is a major plus out here in the desert. The summer heat and walking back to your car after it's been sitting out, no bueno. For the two main departments stores, Macys on one end and JC Penny's on the other end. Macys also has a home store which you don't see as often. The other bigger stores, Dicks and Barnes and Nobles. Then inside you have the usual stores, nothing fancy. There's your usual H&M which is decent size, Victoria Secrets, Hollister, American Eagle, Tilly's, Bath and Body Works, Express and a few other retail store you would expect inside a mall. Nothing fancy but the usual. Then there's some small business which seemed like they're family owned. The mall isn't that big, a good length from one end to the other. I walked in on Mother's Day's for the first time which they were hosting afternoon tea right in the middle of the plaza. It was cute and raffles were given with prizes offered from the retail insides. In my opinion, it's a mall. Nothing major or special about it. You would think that if it is the only main mall in town, it should be worth it. But I guess it'll do.

After speaking with the owner, I learned this is a FAMILY OWNED business that recently opened, and I was one of their early customers. That made the experience even more meaningful. You can tell there is real pride behind what they serve. They also offer WRAPS, FRESH SALADS, AND BURGERS, so there are plenty of options depending on what you want. This wasn't just any poodle either. This was a fully groomed, cloud-like creature with a level of confidence most people don't have. The kind of poodle that looks like it has opinions about fabrics. I didn't see what it left with, but I have a strong feeling it wasn't empty-handed. Only in Palm Desert do you find yourself watching a poodle casually browse Louis Vuitton... and somehow, it makes perfect sense.
