When entering the shop you automatically have a sense of calm and serenity. Moira's presence is soothing and balanced. She is unlike other hairdressers that chat your ear off and half heartedly pay attention to you hair. She takes her time and discusses with you what you would like and offers opinions when asked. I got so many compliments on my haircut I was astounded. I have very straight and fine hair but every time my friend with curly hair gets her haircut by Moira, you can't take your eyes off her hair.
