My family and I went to Florentia for lunch yesterday, and it was fantastic.
The gentleman who hosted us was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
We started with the Crostini Misti della Massaia, which was excellent and full of flavor. For my main course, I had the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and it was well seasoned, well cooked and delicious. The rest of the family had pasta, including the Pici Cacio e Pepe, Spaghetti al Pomodoro, and Tagliatelle Asparagi e Gamberi, and everyone loved their choices.
For dessert, we had tiramisu and chocolate cake, both of which were excellent. From start to finish, this was the best dining experience we had in Florence.
That evening, we went to the famous Cibrèo Caffè for dinner, but it was not the best experience. We honestly regretted not returning to Florentia instead. read more
